Good but order ahead or you'll be there a while
Pizza Hut is on my favorite place. What bothers me is when people don't take pride in what they do. Customer service is the... first priority but to deliver a meal without napkins and utensils is truly irresponsible. Please train your people to betterhandle food deliveries. This location doesn?t even deserve a one star. Horrible service. I had a curbside order and 20 minutes have already passed. I... walked in and no one was in the front attending. I ordered my meal in advance. I paid when I got there. I sat down to wait for my order. I waited and waited and waited and... was never called that my order had been ready. I would see people come in, and employees would come out of the back room. Theywould pick up their order and the employees would go to the back. I finally got tired of waiting so I decided as soon assomebody would come I would ask about my order as I did not want to be rude. I finally saw somebody come out of the back roomI asked can you please check on my order. When I gave my name my order was sitting there waiting I had been waiting, mind you,about 30 minutes to 40 minutes. I was quite upset as I placed the order over the phone at least 20 minutes before I got there.I ask to see a manager the manager said he was sorry. I said don't be sorry, I will never come back to this particular PizzaHut. I will not recommend this particular Pizza Hut. I would never have written this review however I hope this does nothappen to you. This should not be happening in such a delicious establishment. When I got home I noticed that the pizza wascold,the wings were cold, and so are the best sticks were very cold. So much so that the cheese was hard on the top. We ordered online carry out at the palmhurst location. When we got home we noticed that they forgot to put the hot sauce on one... of the pizzas. My husband called and the person that answered and was super rude arguing with my husband that he did put thesauce. My husband got mad and asked for the manager but they put him on hold for a very long time so he hung up on him. We willnot be ordering at the palmhurst location anymore. Read more
I must say that every time I come to this Pizza Hut, I am always taken care. Customer service at it's best. Today I was helped... by a young man and a lady. I ordered the special of two pizzas and one order of cheese sticks and in about 15 minutes top I hadmy order ready. Not bad, not bad at all. Now I must also mention the place was nice and cleaned when I visited. I did notchecked the restrooms so I can't tell you if they were cleaned or not. As background music the restaurant had some Americansmooth pop music. Easy to listen. Not to loud, not to low. Besides me there was a couple waiting for their pizza. They seemto be having a good time waiting and chatting. Then another elderly couple arrived and the young man took care of them with thesame smile I was taken care. I was impressed. I like to write reviews and I have written some bad ones along the way. Thistime I was pleasently surprised by the customer service experience. Read more
Last couple visits were bad. This last visit was terrible. Waited 10 minutes after the stated ready time to walk inside as the... employee assured my my items were coming out shortly. Once i entered the store for my order it was sitting in the counterassuring me that my order was ready it was just never brought out to me vehicle. Read more
