Started off taking a friend to pickup a sandwich since I was going to the Walmart. First, this location price way higher the... other locations in the area. Friend had a large bill they couldn't break it, this took 5 minutes for the young lady to tell us.No problem thought I'd just order sandwiches for me also since I had smaller bills. Young lady had no idea what a roast beefsandwich was, had to ask someone if they do roast beef sandwiches, seriously. No subs were toasted, we were the only ones atthe store, and it took an insane amount of time. Then she hands me the bag, now with 3 subs and I asked if they were markedsince all were different and going different places, she gave me a DIRTY look and said no. I have to open each one to figure itout? she said YEAH, and with such an attitude! What a nasty young lady, terrible attitude and awful customer service. I willNEVER recommend and will DIRECT anyone I can to Expswy 83 location, at the least they have lower prices. Read more
I have been to many Subway locations and never have I been charged $13 for a regular turkey and ham 6 inch meal and no extra... ingredients. I will go to a different location where I expect to pay about $10 or so. Read more

Came by today just right now (12:40pm) and they were CLOSED. We placed an order through the drive thru and pulled up to the... window and noticed ALL the lights were OFF. They didn?t have anything put up saying they would be closed today. VERYDISAPPOINTED! Read more
On April 17th at 11:26am, I arrived at the drive thru window at Subway Palmhurst. The young lady opened the window and I told... her I ordered a sandwich online and was also going to ask her if she could make sure the sandwich was toasted, but while I wastalking she closed the window. I waited for her to return and when she did she gave me the sandwich and closed the windowabruptly without me being able to tell her anything. I don?t know if she was having a bad morning, but she needs to improve onher customer service. I had not encountered bad customer service at this location before. That?s bad for business. Read more
I call and try to place an order and they say i can?t place and order through phone just online. So I do. I get there to pick up... and to start off the drinks were not even filled up to the top it was 3/4 full, they forget my Doritos, I pull up to the drivethrough to tell them and the girl fills them up. I paid $3 EXTRA to get avocado in one of my subs I get home and guess what? Nofrkn avocado on the sub! It?s ridiculous and it was even a busy day! need better customer service! Read more
This is the worst of the worst Subways ever. To begin with, customer service is one of my priorities. The first customer rep... nearly ignored us. The second one after a few minutes waited on us, not with the best behavior. Then they had no cucumbers whichI love in my sandwiches. I also requested toasted Italian bread and it was far from being even hot. I will never spend my moneyhere. I'm not a McDonald's person, but I'd rather go eat there.
