This has to be the most ghetto bk on earth and of course just look at where it's located. I went to the drive through and no one... ever came to the microphone so I said hello and the female in a very rude manner says give me a minute. Quite literally the slowest service in the drive thru I've ever experienced. I come here on my break every other day and i spend... 3/4 of it waiting in line. Absolutely terrible wait time. Food is fine but the wait is what kills it. I don't mind waiting butthis is too much, they need to properly train their employees to work under a rush. Read more

My order always gets messed up. I never thought about giving a review about it because you know mistakes happen everyone's human... right ? It just always seems to happen to us, they forget my burger or they replace it with a different order or they justforget to put my food in the bag. Horrible they always get something wrong with your order. Then you get home notice the missing item, try to call and the number... rings twice and then you get a busy signal. Only way to resolve your issue is to drive back to the restaurant to complain. Avoidthis location of possible. Recommend the other one on Conway St. Read more
