This subway gets worst each time we go, but today was ridiculous. I had my boyfriend go in and grab me a sandwich after a long... day, and the guy in there was incredibly RUDE. First of all they all just stared at him as he walked in, he asked if they wereopen and they go ?yea, we?re all just staring at you?. THEN as he made the sandwich, He stood there and asked my boyfriend if hewas on something because he looks weird. Who does that?? He said that the manager gave the guy a look but why, as a manager,would you not step in after that?? I?ve been in a management position, the kid would have been in the office as the last wordleft his mouth. The store is run by disrespectful children and needs a new OWNER completely. On top of all that, the sandwich isnot right and there?s barley anything that is right on it, it?s like this EVERY SINGLE TIME. I went to grab a quick sub with my sister and mother and we were greeted to 2 kids working there, they said they were new and... there was only the 2 employees working not management on board to help them. While I was in line one of them messed up mysisters order and put mustard on it when she clearly asked for honey mustard and he forgot to put pepperoni on before toastingso she got cold pepperoni along side her mustard she didn?t want, they didn?t give me a bag for my sub, one of the employeesstopped what she was doing to watch her father do a burnout in the parking lot, took them years to get paper from underneath inthe cabinet, the girl was on her phone the entire time basically and she made the other employees pull up her glove because Iguess she wasn?t capable of that, they didn?t hardly know the prices of there own drinks took me a solid 30 mins before I got toleave with my sub. Waste of time and money every time you go to the Palmyra Subway . Either no bread or bread is so hard that you can?t eat it .... Tonight they had bread but when we got home less than 3 minutes every sandwich was ice cold . Nothing like biting into a icecold meatball. Then when I call to talk to Manager the girl that answered told me to hold on and put another girl on the phone .Trying to act like she was the Manager but eventually told me she was not . Update: Rude Lady no longer in at Subway, so hopefully happy experiences from here on out! The older lady working today around... 4:15 has an attitude. I can understand being overworked since I got there right around same time as a number of others and it'sright after school and the guy working had just clocked out so ok. You don't have to be friendly but are you seriously going toget upset because I asked you to get me another thing of cookies after the bag you where using dropped to the floor? Seriously?"It was only the bag" was her response before getting me another and tossing it on the counter like she was having a fit. Tomake it worse, the cookies were not cooked all the way!
