Stopped in expecting Wendy's quality food and was disappointed. We were traveling and stopped in to grab something to eat on the... road. Got a crispy chicken burger and came out dry and a little tough. When we ordered we were told that they were out of friesbut we could substitute a baked potatoe or chili for them, kinda hard to eat a baked potatoe on the road. Apparently mentally challenged individual was working as cashier, was way over her head and lacked adequate assistance and... supervision. At least two parties left without ordering. Too hard to place an arrest. Read more
It's Wendy's. What I don't get is sidewalk is wheelchair accessible but, there are no automatic doors. So when a wheelchair... patron can get to the door with relatively easy. When they get to the door they have to whip out their Indiana Jones survivalkit to get the door open. Just saying. Read more
SLOWWWWW! This is by far the worst Wendy's in the area. Plan to wait FOREVER, for their to be one register open in the dining... room, and your order to be messed up.The wait time is unbelievable. Inside or through the drive through. The kid running theregister inside throws your cup around and sings your name. This is not amusing after waiting 10 minutes to place your orderthen another 5 to 10 minutes to receive it. By far the worst Wendy's experience I have ever had. I went through the drive through and there was a complete lack of friendly... customer service. Unfortunately I'm sure it is just one employee that made me feel this way, not the business as a whole. Iwas incorrectly charged, and I was also not provided the sauce I asked for, or napkins. The server at the window was rude andabrupt, and practically threw my food into my window instead of handing it to me. The fries were hot and fresh though! Read more
