Have y?all ever been inside of this place? ????. I?ve never seen so many flies in my life. All over the donuts, the coffees to... go on the counter, and the workers acted like they didn?t even see them ????. And don?t get me started on the coffee ????. Ididn?t realize each dunkin priced their items different. This place I paid more money for the worst coffee. I ordered coffeeatleast 2 times before I never went back for coffee. I then just started ordering toasted bagels with butter, which was actuallyreally good, but after I stepped foot in that place I?ve never gone back. It?s unfortunate because it?s so close to me but I?drather go all the way down 73 in maple shade where everyone is kind, the prices are a little cheaper, but most importantly thecoffee is exactly what you need to start the day. I come here frequently now that I recently moved to area first time I came I was in a good mood and put $40 tip in their jar... because there were none now after coming here several times I see why no one tips these people. They are not pleasant with greatalways appear to be unenthusiastic about doing their basic jobs. Today I came to the drive thru because that?s a service Dunkin?Donuts provides and was told to park in front typically that means someone will bring your food to your car or what I wouldassume being a traveling entrepreneur that services several states and frequently use drive thrus for quick snacks I watched 3people go in and come out before me several cars pull off from drive thru before I decided to go in and check on food status theguy clearly looked like he was waiting for me to walk in but did not clearly instruct me to walk in from the drive thru.Typically spend average of $10+ a day if not every other day at this specific location since it?s around the corner from my newresidency that would be a little over 200 a month at least if we are doing quick math. I?m not coming back here. UnderstandingAmerica is all for free enterprise I am not one to spend money where my money is not appreciated or respected. Very poor workethic integrity just because you can does not mean you should treat people any kind of way. We all answer to someone for theenergy we put out in this world! I don?t know why I keep doing it to myself, but I guess it?s because it?s convenient since I live walking distance. Every single... time I?ve come to this location my mobile order is never ready and I am not exaggerating when I say, it is wrong every singletime. There is ALWAYS an issue. Whether it be with the coffee or the food I order, it?s literally never been accurate. I needto stop wasting my time and my money coming here. Also during a pandemic it?s pretty unsanitary that the staff wears their masksaround their chins and no gloves while preparing food. Please save yourself the stress and just go somewhere else. I stop at this DD because it is on my way to work in the morning. No matter how much time I budget for stopping to get coffee,... they always manage to outdo themselves and make me late for work!! Mobile orders are never done when you arrive. Sometimes thedoor is just locked when you get there. The drive thru lane moves very slowly and the employees are absolutely rude! I keepstopping because of the convenient location but I refuse to continue to pay money to be mistreated daily. Everytime I give this dunkin? donuts a chance they disappoint me every time. The workers in the drive thru are always rude. I?m... convinced they make the customers food with their eyes closed because there was this inside my sandwich.. How did the workersnot catch this?! I usually don?t write reviews for Dunkin, but the gentleman at the drive-thru window was on top of it. (Pierre? is the name on... our receipt.) We had a rather large order with two kids in the car. One of our biggest complaints is that we always have to askfor napkins. (Because the kids get boston cream donuts and you know that?s going everywhere.) He nailed our order and even gaveus napkins.
