09/2022 - New employees are way more friendly then in the past. 06/2021 - Love it most of the time last visit was excellent. ... Delivery is usually fast ($5 fee, up a dollar since last time I ordered) and pickup is usually ready within 20 minutes. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Building was remodeled not that many years back due to a fire so everything is supernew. 2019 - I literally have a love-hate relationship with this place most of the time ????. I've been ordering from thisspecific store since I was a child and my parents used to place the orders. They are by far my favorite pizza place. However,there were at least three times that I can count where I had to cut them off for a while. The first time I stopped orderingfrom them for almost 15 years because I was so upset. Within the last three or four years I have decided to try them again andhave only had to cut them off twice due to customer service issues. Once there was a refusal of delivery before they wereclosed another time with an issue with toppings and a refusal to fix it. Read more
Came to Mark's after ordering 40.00 worth of food. Our breadsticks were done and our mozzarella sticks were done but they... didn't know where our pizza was. Low and behold they forgot to make it. So the rest of the order is just sitting on thecounter getting cold while we are waiting for our pizza. Just a bunch of kids working and the right hand doesn't know what theleft is doing. The breadsticks were good, the pizza had so much tomato sauce that the cheese slipped right off the top and the crust was burnt.... The restaurant's motto is "we treat you like family". When I placed the order, I asked if we could get cups of water to drink. When the pizza was ready to pickup at the counter, the empty cups were there. I asked if we could get a pitcher of water or ifthe cups could be filled up. The employee's response: "we don't have water here, all we have is soda. You can use thebathrooms to fill them up". This location was/is the pilot location for the local chain. Mr. Crane did a great thing when he bought up the adjoining... properties after a devastating fire and expanded the store. Marks always has great pizza and this location has great staff too.Terrific communication with customers. Clean and well maintained. Read more
Friendly staff, clean restaurant, great breadsticks and pizza. Was pleasantly surprised at just how good it was. This location... was also interesting because they incorporated the areas rich history into the photography, newspaper articles, and sponsoredgroups celebrated on their walls demonstrating strong community ties. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Read more
The pizza here is super good and the service was amazing! We were just driving through town and decided to give it a shot, well... worth it. We got some supreme, chicken Buffalo and chicken bacon ranch. They tasted so good! Read more
Outstanding service and great pizza! I am saving some for tomorrow lunch! The White sauce and The Red Sauce was secretly placed... in different places of my pizza. It was super awesome as it made every bite different from the other. The breadsticks and pizzacrust was soft and baked fresh. The staff were very enthusiastic and ready to serve.
