Cuz we're ready when we pulled up. As promised 15 to 20 minutes. The attendant was very friendly and polite even at 9pm on... Sunday , fast at getting the order to us. And the restaurant appeared clean and organized. Read more

This place is a joke. They seem to have speeded up deliveries by not fully cooking their pizza. Solved one problem by creating... another. And, the staff is rude. Too bad we can?t choose which location delivers to us. I recommend using the PH in Lebanon,it?s worth the extra drive for food quality and staff. Read more
Placed an online order for pickup, that stated 15 minutes. Didn't even bother with delivery, since it usually takes an hour or... so and isn't even warm when it arrives. Pull up to see a huge banner stating they're fully staffed and open for business, exceptthey're still only open for takeout and delivery, and you can't go in to the dining area to pick up food. Pull up to the window,wait a good 3+ minutes for anyone to come to us, and when they finally do, they tell me my order isn't quite done yet, but icould pay now, and to Pull around (i paid online). So I do. As does the car behind me. I pull back around, wait some more, onlyto be told they "forgot my order", and wondered if I'd be willing to wait. I waited nearly twice as long as they said it wouldtake. Don't tell me my order isnt quite done, when it hasn't been started. The only reason I didn't give a 1 ?? review, isbecause when it finally was made, it was right and I enjoyed it. Read more
Ordered 2 medium pep pan pizzas with light sauce for carryout. Both the woman over the phone and the guy at the window were... extremely nice and funny. I pulled up early and the guy didn't make me feel like that was annoying of me which I appreciated.The pizzas were done exactly the same and exactly how I wanted it. I haven't ever had a problem with carryout at this locationfor the YEARS I had lived here before and it was nice to see that it hasn't changed. Would definitely go back next time I am intown. The food we ordered was delivered extremely fast (about 25 minutes from the time we ordered.) The person who delivered it was so... friendly! The food was nice and hot when we received it. They gave extra sauce! And the food was over all very delicious. Wewere very pleased with this experience and will definitely be back. I know this branch had been suffering for a while withgetting people to work but they really stepped up tonight and we are so grateful for good service and happy bellies ???? thankyou!! Read more
