Last night stopped for dinner. Cars were wrapped around the building. There was a wait of about 15 minutes. There were only 2... girls working and I must say they did a fantastic job. The food was hot fries were hot and crispy and the frosty was thick andcreamy. Read more
Hit or miss here.... sometimes you get your food fast and then sometimes you will wait a while... sometimes they are nice and... friendly other times it's the complete opposite...very hit or miss on everything from order accuracy to time to service. Read more
This Wendy's ran out of chili. I ordered chili and the clerk stated they didn't have any they had run out. HOW can Wendys' not... have chili that's like McDonald's not having hamburgers . How can the manager still have a job obviously the manager isincompetent Read more
First, the service. I have given this restaurant several tries at different times of day and on different days to give them... ample opportunity to redeem themselves (everyone has a bad day sometimes), yet every visit has been a massive disappointment. The food is always old, dry, and cold (the spicy chicken sandwiches in particular are like chicken jerky, obviously spendinghours in a warming tray). Their employees have been indifferent at best and marginally rude at worst with about a 50% failurerate for order accuracy. Second, their parking lot is *extremely* difficult to get in and out of. With turning limitations atthe entrance and exit, and the lack of cut-through to the alley behind the property or neighboring road means you can *only*enter this property if you're traveling west bound on 422 and can only leave going the same direction, (you can't even circleback around once you leave the drive through, so check your bag before pulling away) and forget making an easy round trip topick up food, you will be turning around somewhere. As a long time fan of Wendy's spicy chicken and fries, I was excited when Ifound out there was a location near my new house, but this location has single handidly ruined any desire I have or willprobably ever have for Wendy's. I was in the drive thru and the man in the window was so helpful with the update on my drink that was unavailable.. but he... called a manager (male) who came along and made ways for me to have my drink with my meal! He was smiling and friendly. Hereally made my day! Shout out to the drive thru staff and managers everyone was so friendly! Read more
Place needs torn down and rebuilt, Place always looks dirty inside. Food subpar.... fries always seem old and Luke warm if your... lucky. Burgers over cooked and dried out. The staff doesn't pay attention to the front counter. You can stand there and wait 5to 10 minutes before anyone will acknowledge your presence. Read more
This is by far the worst Wendys location around. The employees always have attitudes, orders are never right, food is just... thrown in a wrapper, always missing something in an order, and a lot of the time don't have menu items or something is out ofstock. Read more
Tried to go here on 11/17 at dinner time and they only had 2 staff people so they were basically only doing frosties. This... location is so close to my house, so hopefully they are able to fix the staffing issues and get back up and running! Read more
