Unless you want a scorching case of salmonella, don't ever order from Villa Nova's ever again. After waiting an hour and a half... for a pizza that was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes, we received a pizza with not only uncooked onions, but ABSOLUTELY RAWSAUSAGE. I am floored by the fact that someone who works there was content to put 100% raw pork on a pizza and send it out thedoor. You could have made both myself and my children violently ill, what is wrong with you?? How many other health codeviolations are occurring there? Read more
Every time we order from Villa Novas we can be confident the whole family will eat it! We have quite a few picky eaters and it... is always a win with their cheese pizza. When my husband and I dont want kids cheese pizza we opt for a salad and sub and it isamazing too! The garlic knots are also to die for. Best around!!!! 10/10 Read more

Incapable of getting a takeout order correct, something is either missing or made incorrectly just about every time. Multiple... times the online order does not match their hand copied version of order. Our order tonight is the last straw. Get there topick up order and we are missing a sub, they didn?t forget to make it this time, apparently they are out of chicken for chickencheesesteak?. So did they call to see what we would like to replace it with, nope, they think it?s cool to tell you when you getthere and then offer to make something else while the rest of your order that is ready sits there and gets cold?. Really try tosupport local businesses, but this is one that is no longer worth the effort? It?s really a shame too because their food isgreat when you can actually get what you order. Read more
I am not sure what happened to the quality of the food but it is definitely not what it used to be. We got baked spaghetti and... it was horrible, the garlic knots tasted like they had been reheated several times and drenched in old butter. They actuallytasted bitter and there was no sign of garlic on the knots. We were so disappointed. We will not go back for sure. Read more
Used to go here as a kid and teen when I lived round there. The food was always amazing, especially the baked ziti. Large... portions at fair price, amazing customer service, and short wait time considering the amount of dinees and quality of food. AlsoI have to ask. What are the mints called? I must know. TASTY! We stopped in while at work. I forget the name of our server but she was awesome. Great service, kept our drinks filled,... and chatted about menu suggestions. I was not sure what to get and landed on the Anything But Ordinary Antipasto Salad, and itwas a win for sure. The picture posted just doesn't do it justice. I also got a small pizza with no sauce and extra cheese to belike cheese bread. The other person with me got pizza. It was all tasty. Skip the chain pizza places and go support thesefolks. Read more
I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on the service and just assume they were having an "off" night. My order (phoned in for... pick-up) was supposed to take 25 minutes but ended up taking almost 55. I also witnessed 2 other order errors occur while there.The food itself was good. Bad nights happen so I'll be back to give them another chance. Read more
