Ordered: Coffee, Bills Original Skillet, Hashbrown Skillet, and Orange juice People: 2 Review: The food was good and they... serve big portions. I will say that I felt like my Hashbrown skillet lacked flavor. The Eggs and Hashbrown were pretty plain andnothing really special. My mom said her Bills original was good but it just had a lot of potatoes. (We didn?t expectthat) Because we didn?t order anything really extradorinaiy + pretty basic breakfast I can?t say it?s some of the best foodI?ve had. I would like to come back and try other foods and their pancakes but I was just so FULL lol. We were sat outsidewhich was really nice and calm, not a busy street so you can don?t have to yell over others. Recommend placing a reservation onYelp before going. We were sat before some people who were already there thanks to that! *Parking is very limited, may have topark on the street* Read more

On April 9th. 2022 my sister's and I went to Bill's Cafe on a Saturday to have brunch and have a great time. Walking into the... Cafe there was no greeting from Staff members. A waitress seated us in a booth. I looked at the seat and it looked like someonedid a C-Section on the cushion. I said to her "Uhhh we're not sitting there do you see the C-Section opening please seat ussomeone else." We sat elsewhere which had actual chairs. Waitress gave us our menu and she was just not a friendly woman. Shelooked like she was ready to go home. Let me remind you that we got there an hour in a half before they closed at 2pm. The malewaiter Sergio approached us and he was nice in the beginning. We gave him our order and he was speaking so fast and taking ourorder. It was a bit annoying. We waited 20-25 minutes for our food. We get our food and I was not happy with my food. It wascold and the potatoes that I had were cold and nasty and one of my sister's food was really cold as well because it was sitting.I told the waiter and he had an attitude about it.. He took all of our plates back to the kitchen and he was only suppose totake back 2 plates. Food comes back out and all they did was warmed the food back up instead of re-cooking it. My eggs werenasty, hashbrown was burnt and mushy on the inside, and my sister's pancakes were extremely dry. I just had it with this Cafe. Iasked to speak with a Supervisor and my goodness he did nothing. He was not concerned about what happened. The waiter took allthe plates back when he was only suppose to take back 2 plates. He was doing everything so dang fast and it made me so upset.Supervisor took $10.00 off the bill. I did not even eat my food because it was horrible. The eggs were rubbery because they justplaced the plate in the microwave. My sister's did not eat there food up either. There was a large portion of food on each oftheir plates. The Bill's Cafe in Cupertino or San Jose service is way better. This place needs to be Read more

Phenomenal! Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, wonderful food. I had the steak and eggs - definitely worth it!! Perfectly... cooked, and definitely plenty of it. Their hash browns were also perfectly browned/crispy on top. Read more

One of the favorite breakfast places in Palo Alto, CA before the COVID-19 days. Definitely on my list to go back again. The last... time after covid reopening, the service was not as good as before. The egg Benedict used to be very good and one of my choices.Their freshly squeezed orange juice is always a must. Read more

Great place to get some classic American breakfast dishes. Nothing particularly impressive or innovative. Eggs Benedict are the... way to go. Hashbrowns were good too. Service was friendly and food came out in a timely fashion. Prices were reasonable for thelocation. Read more

First time being to this location . Really wanted a cocktail but they dont have a liquor license they told me which I thought... was a huge disappointment and the feel of this place didn't seem like a Bill's Cafe felt like we were in a office cafeteriamaybe even a hospital cafeteria food and water was fine I had got the steak and eggs like usual for medium rare and I got rareand the tri-tip was cut the wrong direction so it was very hard to slice pieces off for me to eat and because the meat wassliced in the wrong direction makes the meat extremely chewy if you cut it the right way it's so smooth and tender I took mysister mom and they love their breakfast mine was okay I ordered sunny side up and the white egg yolks were still a little readyother than that had a good time if they don't have something on their menu they should change for each location not just keepthe same menu even though they don't offer liquor at that location Read more

Well seasoned skillets and Benedict's. The prices are also very reasonable, around $15-17 for most dishes. We tried their... breakfast menu. Read more
