Really enjoyed the food and flavors! The garlic eggplant and layer bread appetizer were especially amazing. We came with a group... of 3 and got seated immediately inside. A bit of a wait between ordering and getting food, but nothing unreasonable. I loved thedinner overall. Read more

Forgot to take photos of the food. Loved this place! The service was incredible, and were very patient with 12 of us. The samosa... soup and tea salad was quite different. I loved the tofu mango and fiery vegetables for the entree. Overall a very nice vibe anda great evening! Read more

It was really nice and friendly service. That's enough to bring me second time. I enjoyed Burmese pad Thai. I should have not... put chicken in it though :) good choice overall! For my still evolving Indian pallete, samosa was really good. I also likedcoconut rice. Read more

Beautiful food! Tea Leaf Salad here, is so fresh and flavorful - you will definitely come back here, just for this special... treat. Their Palata, similar to Thai Paratha, is so soft, luscious and flaky! We also tried Rangoon Noodles with Yellow Tofu inRed Curry, and really enjoyed the freshness of noodles with flavors from the curry. Good staff, quick food and the charm of PaloAlto downtown, further add to the overall experience! Read more

I don't usually write poor reviews. I asked to be seated outside, and plenty of seats were available. The waitress wouldn't let... me sit where I wanted to sit. The idea of ordering on the phone ruins the whole restaurant experience. I wanted to talk aboutwhat I was ordering and find out if there was a specialty dish. Overall my experience was average, and the food was justmediocre. Read more

Visited on NYE. Delicious food with excellent service. We had tea leaf salad, samosa soup, country style lamb with coconut rice,... homestyle fried rice and sweet sticky rice with mango ice cream. All the dishes were flavourful with the right balance ofspices. Service was top notch and we were taken care very well. Will surely visit again! Read more

We were walking in downtown Palo Alto with our dog, scoping out restaurants to eat at for lunch, and this place smelled good, so... we decided to eat here. We got the fried tofu (we wanted their specialty tofu but they said it wouldn't be ready until dinner),coconut chicken curry with a side of Burmese-Indian rice, and the Burmese pork curry with a side of coconut rice. I love friedtofu, and theirs hit the spot. It came with a spiced side sauce. The curries come on deceptively deep dishes. We enjoyed bothcurries. We also ordered a guava juice and Sailor Jerry's tiki spice. Both were fun and fruity. The servers were quick andattentive. It is a bit pricey, but overall it was good, and I would come back! The seating and atmosphere was quite nice. Service was attentive but their bill software (spot on) is quite confusing. We... ordered multiple dishes that were good, especially the beef dish, but the chicken Kebata was tasteless. Wouldn’t recommend it.It gets busy sometimes so book in advance if you can to find a table, especially outside. Read more
