My friend pulled down their mask for 2 seconds to have a bite of Ice Cream and was immediately met with yelling calling him... "disrespectful" and telling us to leave. The man serving us was very ready to throw our sandwich away until I was able to calmhim down and apologize. This is very unprofessional, all he needed to do was ask us to not eat or pull our masks down. I wasstartled and confused. This is not something that should happen in a professional work place and it is also something completelyavoidable. I asked how much for extra meat and the guy replied 1.75 a scoop. I asked do you have pastrami and he answered yes. Then when... ringing me up, it showed 2.50 for pastrami. I asked him why didnt he tell me it was extra because it's obvious it would assumethey're the same price if nothing is said. He seemed angry and kept talking over me. Worst Subway sandwich I've ever had. More bread than anything else. I specified on the app More lettuce and More olives and... used the Special Instruction section to ask that the bread be scored, NONE of that was correct, and it had the least amount oftuna I've ever had on a Subway sandwich. Came in to get a Foot long Deluxe and had a coupon that was emailed 2 me but this particular Subway does not honor any type of... coupons from Subway according to the guy behind the counter today. I was very disappointed that they didn't or don't participatein honoring Subway coupons so I guess that means they are privately owned that they have their own franchise? but the guydecided to give me a dollar off on my order so made me somewhat happy. But if I have a coupon I won't be going there I'll begoing somewhere else where Subway's coupons are honored. Read more
I ordered a tuna sandwhich, but when I had it, the tuna tasted old and stinky. The vegetables and tomato is definitely not... fresh. The skin of the tomato is wrinkled and the color of the tomato is pink and not red. The lady who made my sandwhich alsoput a really small slice of tomato (the end of the tomato) onto the sandwhich. The lettuce is both dried and shrived. When shegave me change, she gave me a ripped dollar back, when I asked for an exchange, her attitude was really rude and questioning. Iam almost positive that that isn't the behavior that should be represented for Subway. Despite the sandwhich, when I went intothe store, there were no one in the front desk.
