I just hosted a bridal shower at the Palos Park location and it was a fantastic experience thanks to Kim!! I am so grateful for... how diligent Kim was in directing our party. She ensured that each guest was tended to and worked tirelessly to ensure that myparty had all that they wanted and needed; Kim even got up on a ladder to help us hang a balloon arch that went a littlesideways before the event. I’m beyond thankful that I hosted my sister’s bridal shower here and would recommend thislocation to anyone hosting an event. Between the food and excellent service by Kim, we were all blown away. Excellent little Italian gem situated in Palos. Service is top notch, very attentive servers always quick to the table with... water, wine and bread. They have a creamy sauce that is to die for. Much better than the oak lawn location, we had 2 managerscheck on our table both were very friendly and sharply dressed young men. Id definitely be back. Read more
Out in the suburbs, I've driven past this place a few times and finally decided to drop in. For a packed restaurant I was... seated quickly and service was 5 stars. At a new place I always order 3 appetizers in a wide array of items to really get agrip on what the kitchen is doing. Restaurant was full of families and everyone had a smile on thier face. Food is good, pastahomemade was a little in consistent. Calamari was delicious some pieces slightly over done but the marinara wasepic. Bruchetta was probably one of the best I've had down to the home made mozzarella. I normally try a place 3 times beforereviewing but this one was deserving of a quick review. My family comes here multiple times a month because it is simply the best Italian food you can eat in the area and beyond. The... staff have become like family because of their warmth and willingness to accommodate all the time. They go above and beyond tomake us feel comfortable and ask us all how we’re doing. They never disappoint! And how could I forget how absolutelydelicious everything on their menu is! At this point we’ve tried mostly everything and everything is delicious! Theirhalibut, shrimp Parmesan, chicken Parmesan, Caprese chicken, calamari, salad, bruschetta, burger…I can go on and on! It’sall delicious. I nearly had a heart attack when I thought they took their lava cake off the menu because it is one of the bestdessert you’ll ever have! Had a small wedding reception there. It was a last minute change to Francesca's in Palos Park and I can tell you that they bent... over backwards to accommodate us!! Nancy Gerenstein made sure that our experience was everything we were looking for. She wasavailable and extremely helpful every step of the way. Our server, Kim, was so personable and efficient. She was on top ofevery one of our needs!! And the food. Outstanding!! There are no words that can give justice to how delicious their food is. You just have to try it for yourself.
