So I get to sonic this morning without my wallet, just my purse, I order a large coke, the sweet car hop brings it right out. I... happened to have $1 on cashapp and change in my car. So I handed her the change and my card and told her I had forgot my walletbut I had enough with the change and then the rest on my cash app debit card. The manager made her come and take my drink,after I had already took a drink and said he/she would not allow 2 forms of payment. Didn't offer any other solution, like letme go grab my wallet real fast, the car hop was just as confused as I was and apologized. Ordered a combo meal with tots and an extra order of large onion rings. I didn't get my tots at first. The onion rings were... overcooked and so hard I couldn't bite into them. Only two rings of the entire order we're even edible! When I called themanager about it, I was told " that's how they come now" without offering to replace or refund for the awful food item. Employees goofing off inside sitting on counter tops, hugging and kissing each other, grabbing people by the throat, nobody... washing before delivering food after all that? No wonder it takes 20-30 minutes to get your food. Read more
Last time I placed a mobile order and didn?t get my blast, waited at the stall forever watching multiple carhops strolling the... sidewalks vaping, until after 15 minutes of waiting I went through the drive through to get it. Today David was a great carhop!Very nice and greeted us perfectly. Give him a raise! Read more

I'm just wondering why one day I get an Original cold brew with good coffee flavor and the next day it tastes like melted ice... cream? I had a hard time with ordering cause I'd order the Original cold brew, and they'd either ask if I wanted french vanillaor they'd just bring me a french vanilla. The Original does not have french vanilla (which I hate). Today's, taste like meltedice cream and its Gross! For the price of a cold brew, you'd think they'd at least Try to get it right!!! Read more

Sonic has so much more potential. They are consistent in rarely getting orders right. Even simple drink orders are constantly... messed up. Calls to corporate and to managers are rarely willing to make anything g right when things get messed up. Thecustomer is the one that has to foot the mistakes. The store owner needs to take more ownership in his franchise. Read more
