Horrible services waited for a frappe 10 minutes abs it was still made wrong ????
I was in town visiting friends, never been to the particular Starbucks but have been in other locations. I ordered a triple... venti white mocha and received hot chocolate. So very disappointed. Took a whole 2 minutes to receive my order which I must sayI?ve never gotten my coffee that quickly. I paid $13 for a large and small hot chocolate. I will not be back. Read more

Horrible service. I walked in at 7:30. No one was in line. I waited 5 minutes without any worker saying hello and telling me... sorry for the delay. Two people stood behind me in line and ended up leaving. I really wanted coffee this morning so I decidedto wait about 4 more minutes. But still no one came up to me and said anything. I made eye contact with three different girlsworking. They were super busy which I understand but they could at least told me when they where going to take my order. Staff is friendly and drinks are usually accurate. I wish I could give more stars but the afternoon crew is a disaster. The... drive thru wait is long and I can usually expect to sit at the window for several minutes before anyone acknowledges myexistence. Last time I finally made it to the window and was greeted, the girl hadn't even put in my order and so I and everyonebehind me was to wait even longer for the order to be rang up and made. I just ended up leaving and going to Sonic. Come in themorning or order on your phone and pick up in store. Read more
