This restaurant on the bay was packed so we sat outside, on the deck, overlooking the water. It was hot and windy, and there?s a... lot of traffic going up and down the bridge. The server was sweet. She stated that she was new and brought crackers and butterin a small dish. I was little disappointed that it was wrapped crackers, not bread. We started with the mushrooms. There areonly 3, but the dish does come with both white and red sauce as well as 3 slices of bread. It was delicious. After that, weordered a ribeye, cheese grits, and green beans. It was all good. We finished our dinner with a slice of coconut cream pie andcheesecake. The coconut pie was bland. The bathrooms are super clean and there?s a gift shop on the way out. Nice ambience here. Restaurant sits over the bay, so you can sit outside under their covered deck and enjoy a nice sunset... dinner. Food was good, the calamari was horrible. When you spend $16 for it as an appetizer, you would expect it to be tender,these were literally like chewing a thick rubber band. I love calamari, and most places I eat it, including Red Lobster it'svery tender and flavorful. All 4 of us tried it, the other 3 wouldn't eat it. The one guy literally spit his out and threw it inthe water. So I DON'T recommend it. Maybe it was a bad day, but it was a disappointment. Our daughter in-law took us here duringour vacation to Florida. The other food was really good. I had the fried shrimp and oysters..delicious! My husband had the oliveoil and garlic with angel hair pasta (they used linguine noodles though), my husband and daughter in-law liked it. Food was good, service was good. Nice view sitting over the water. Stuffed grouper was good. Stuffed mushroom appetizer with... only 3 mushrooms was disappointing. Seafood has gotten pricey at most restaurants. Read more
This place is worth 10 stars! I recommend trying the charbroiled octopus for an appetizer. We had never eaten octopus cooked... this way and it was a huge hit for the whole table. Anything with the deviled crab stuffing is amazing! Great service and worththe 20 min wait time. Read more
Great food, great location, and friendly staff made for the best evening ever. They have an exquisite jewelry bar just inside... the restaurant. Anniversary, birthday, or just because, you can take your special someone, have dinner and buy their gift, orlet them select the gift to ensure they love what they get, all in one place and have a most fabulous evening. My husband and I chose to take our children, grandchildren, and my Momma out to supper to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. We had... a wonderful experience and our server was extremely friendly. We ordered stuffed Grouper (without onions and tomatoes) with fries, and green beans, and broiled Grouper (without onion and... house seasoning), with green beans and trim greek salad. I noticed the seasoning contained MSG so the chef switched gears andseasoned my fish with salt, pepper, and garlic. Everything tasted so good. We are grateful to the chef(s) for accommodating ourpreferences. Jade was our server and she was fantastic. The hostess was so kind and helpful. We will be back when we are in townagain. Read more
Very Nice Decor and Ambiance. 25 to 35 bucks per person but food reflects the price. It is all fresh and prepared... professionally. Indoor or Outdoor seating with a bar and gift shop. Views are wonderful. This is a special night or event kindof place. Staff were very professional and my wife was very happy having lunch here. Read more
