I ordered a cake 48 hrs in advance. Paid $44. Got a text 24hrs later that my order cannot be completed. I show up for my refund... they tell me they cant do it i need to come back when the general manager is in but no one could tell me when they will be in.Now this place is out of the way from my home and anything i do and gas is expensive. I have called over a dozen times the past3 days and no one will answer and voice mail is full. This is was my first time ever getting a cake and not making a cheap one.It was for a special occasion. Horrible. We were the only customers in the store. The cashier was rude and ignored us until we said something. She was rude as... we were ordering. She then touched the banana with her bare hands without washing them. To top it all off, she immediatelystarted helping a customer at the drive thru while we stood there with our ice cream melting waiting to pay. There was anotherassociate working that had already started working with that person. They seemed to be closing early (before 7:30) as theylocked the door and were eating donuts when we left. Worst experience ever... Only one kid in the entire store. He was on the phone with his girl complaining about how he was the... only one there. No one can work. He's closing early. Gotta love a place where you can get ice cream and donuts at the same time! Chubby girl's dream come true! The staff is... friendly and the food is great! From a milkshakes or a chocolate dipped waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream to an icecoffee and an apple fritter it's a great place to go to enjoy a treat or a quick pick me up! If your really hungry they do havesome lunch items and all day breakfast items! Read more
Twice we have ordered from here and twice we have received the wrong items and missing items. They do not answer the phone nor... do they care to resolve the issue. If you want to eat whatever they are willing to give you then I guess this is the store foryou. Read more
