I have been to chick fil a?s all around the world. Madagascar, Indonesia, hell even in the mountains of the Inca ruin of Peru.... But I must say. This CFA should be the standard for all CfAs. Not only is the customer service is good, as we always expect fromCfa. But the food is how it should be cooked. I honestly always look forward to eating here because I know that the breading onthe chicken is always up to par. And the taste is immaculate. Sometimes I go in to some chick fil as and the chicken has barelyany flavor and they gyp you in the fries. But not here.. at this establishment the fries ???? are overflowing.,. Like thegoodness of God brother..:I highly recommend this Cfa and it win the award for best Cfa in the southeast. I?ll be speaking goodole andrew Cathy about my experience. On more than one occasion we have visited this location and more times than not, we?ve been missing stuff like plastic ware, the... toppings for the salads, straws, dipping sauces? stuff other places forget but not usually behavior of CFA. 6/24/22 experience:ordered 3 salads, 3 drinks and 2 cookies. Rings up $55 and change?! Get to the window and was asked if we ordered EIGHT sweetteas! No, only 3. 3 different people came to the register trying to figure out how to refund our card the difference. Managerwas in the bathroom so we had to pull forward. 14 minutes later someone comes out with cash because they couldn?t get the refundto our card. Get back to our place and none of the salads have their dressing or toppings. At that point I am beyond over thatstore. Took all of the food back to the store and got a refund. They kept the food. I am a signature member and eat at a CFA 6days a week. They should have refunded my money for my time and GAS and remade the food Read more
What can I say, it's Chick-fil-A, Not sure what they do different on the hiring and training of their staff, but may one day... all the other fast food places will take note before they loose customers and market share. Always impressed with how quick the drive-thru is, even if it?s very crowded. Don?t be surprised if the drive thru is crowded-... the line usually wraps around the building but despite the traffic, they are very quick and the workers are kind. I order myfood almost instantly and it usually takes me less than five minutes for me to get my food, maybe ten minutes max but that?svery rare. I?ve been to this location many times and they?ve never gotten my order wrong.
