Zero stars wasn?t an option. Was just there at 5:50 on a Friday night and got nothing but attitude from each staff member. Was... first told there was no chicken, then she proceeded to inform us there was no steak or grilled vegetables. (Not sure what elseshe wanted to offer). From there each item request was met with extreme attitude and disrespect. Then when got to the car, thebag was leaking?.only to realize she didn?t even wrap the foil around the burrito and the salsa and sour cream were leaking out.This is not the first time we had a poor experience at this location but this solidifies us never going back. We really like Chipotle. However, this location is ALWAYS out of fajitas...which our family really like on our burrito bowl. Not... sure why they never have it but if there were another one close to our house we would go there instead. Read more
This place is nasty. The guacamole was crusty in the bottom of the container so I asked the guy to get it from the back, so he... goes to the other counter and gets it. Then, the guy making my wife's dinner tried to serve her the same garbage. I asked him toget it from the other counter as well. While we're eating sone lady walks in with her phone blaring her favorite station and noone asked her to respect the environment and turn it down. Nothing but kids working there and no leadership. Floors hadn't beenswept, counters hadn't been wiped down, and obviously they're waiting for the trash to fill up four garbage cans, not justthree. Read more
Chipotle always hits no matter which location i goto. This location is clean and the staff is friendly and ready to help. The... food is hot and ready as usual and taste wonderful. Very, vert, slow, inattentive employee who in the midst of making my fajita bowl, which I had wait "3mintues,"but took longer,... restocked the salsas and creams without finishing my order. Didnt seem to care, but that because Chiptole doesnt bother teachingthem.or hires people with no skills. Maybe Robots should do the work??? I have had problems with Chipotle before, 1st time tothis location, and it is not worth it to go there. The company, has cleary gotten worse and cannot retain employees, as most ofthe employees here were on a break. Also. Got charged for a tortilla, which is ridiculous!! It was rang up a "side." While CCPChipotle has increased their profits, raising prices and provided less service and quality, why should I pay for bad food. Thevery least the employees could have done was apologize or discount my meal. Now that my order wss done. Of course otheremployees jump on the line and stand around, while less people are in line! Alexandria great customer service. I ask her to get me some fresh Guacamole and lettuce she had to touch the broom to get in the... refrigerator and after touching the broom she changed gloves. I know you might say that?s normal but In this world that?sunusual. She was great and very patient she should definitely be considered in training others or management. I went to this Chipotle looking for a quick bite to eat while in the midst of packing to go home. Boy was that a bad decision. ... When I approached the line I was stared at for 30 seconds before the lady finally said "what do you need?" I started to placemy order and was dismayed to hear they didn't have any fajita veggies and were not willing to make any. The steak looked verydry- like it had been sitting out for a year. They put the remnants of the sauces on my order and then informed me they wereout of lettuce. Who runs out of lettuce? To top it off, they packaged my tacos by just folding some tin foil on them so whenthey were put in the bag they were still open. If you are going to be open, why not be stocked. We went an hour before closingso it wasn't even like they were going to close in a few minutes. All in all, if I had the choice of eating sand or eating atthis Chipotle, I'd eat sand. Read more
Well, someone grabbed my door dash order when I arrived. Cashier had no knowledge of that happening. Just some random person... walked in and grabbed it off the dash shelf. Need to come up with a better solution/idea on that because not only was 1 of thefood service girls was rude, SHE WAS RUDE AS HELL! Other employees were ok, they look like they should be someone from theScooby-Doo shaggy movie In the end the food was remade 35 minutes later I was able to take it home and eat it with my family.
