I don't know what Google reviews do... Literally nothing because companies will continue to let places run... In an awful way ..... I walked in people were rude...okay cool.. then I got my food. Fries were super cold and the sandwich? Was it sitting for days?It's insane... As someone who works In a fast pace customer service job... This was awful and I'll never be back... Set in drive threw for 30 minutes waiting on my food. The staff couldn?t take more than one order at a time ??????????? My husband and I are done with this location! Tonight was the last time. We ordered online for quick pick up time of 6:48 pm. My... husband returns home at 8pm and we live maybe a mile at most from this location. He waited and waited they were busy. Said theyhad to make more crispy chicken which was my order. My husbands was original yet somehow he got crispy also but cannot toleratethe spice! Then we ordered a large mashed potato and gravy and an extra gravy that we paid for the mashed potatoes were not evenfull enough to divide between us but they only put 1 gravy in the bag that was like water and flavorless. The crispy chickenthey had to cook fresh was like rubber and hard also it broke a piece of my tooth. Food was decent. Bucket of fried chicken was alright, potato's were good, macaroni was okay. The lady at the front counter... yelled at me when I put my card in wrong. Started off with the intercom not working in the drive through. Then I ordered a 2 piece with Mac and cheese. The workers on the... line constantly told eachother ?f*** the customer we ain?t cooking anymore Mac and cheese? and ?don?t put the cookie in hismeal? and the entire time I?m sitting at the window (in my military uniform). Eat KFC all the time. Use to love it. This this is by far the worst KFC I've ever experienced experienced 6 times I've tried to... get food from this place 3 times had to get my money back because the chicken had no skin and was so greasy you couldn't eventouch it 2 times go in and there was told the lobby is closed even though it says 10 PM they were closed at 9:10. Good luck even getting food. I have been to the drive thru probably 3 times and no one ever answers. After the 3rd time I'm done... for good. There is a reason no one else is ever here. Read more
