The wife and I went in for lunch the other day. It was typical Krystal burgers. I will say they don't seem to taste as good as... they used to but maybe that's because I haven't gone there in a long time and I usually don't eat them except once in a BlueMoon.. My wife really loves them . It was her 1st visit to this place she had never had these burgers.. What was mostaggravating is is when we got to the window the lady give us our food but didn't give us our drinks so so we waited there for acouple minutes. She then came to the window and asked if everything was OK I guess because we've been sitting there for a littlewhile after she gives us our food. I told her we were still waiting on our drinks and she said oh sorry about that and askedwhat our drinks were. She said that was 2 sprites right? I answered her no it was 2 Dr Pepper's. She said OK1 second andhanded us a couple of drinks about 30 seconds later translator and it was 2 sprites not too Dr Pepper's like I had reiterated toher . I am visiting here from NC with my daughter and we don't have a Krystals near by. Being from up north, I was looking to sub my... craving of White Castle burgers. The quality of this food is AWFUL! Food was all cold, cheese unmelted, and with hardly a dropof ketchup on them (some had none at all). I was very disappointed to say the least. Will not be back.
