I hate to be cliche here but... It's McDonald's. If you're looking for fine dining, you need to look elsewhere. However, if you... want to dine somewhere or get to-go from a kind staff who is eager to help, then don't look any further. I haven't hadMcDonald's in 2 years because I was diagnosed with Celiac and it's not safe for me to eat there. Nothing against McDonald's.They just don't offer Gluten-Free items. Which is mildly disappointing but I understand completely, because there are few of usout here and Gluten-Free products generally have a much lower shelf-life. All in all, solid choice! The smart mouthed cranberry dyed hair manager, needs to be terminated! Took a coworker who needed food "real quick" even though... I advised him this place is terrible, in all aspects! So, we went, 2:22PM, 4 cars in line, go to the window for his food, wastold they were making it and too pull into the waiting spot. Well guess what? Pulled up to first drive thru and waited for what seemed liked five minutes. It was out of order. No one bothered to tell us or... put signs up. Once we ordered, had to wait forever for our food. Today when I went through the drive thru I expected a pleasant yet quick experience since it was not busy and I was the only... person in line. This was not the case at all as the male in the drive thru window started handing me my drinks without evensaying anything at all to me, no hello or how are you today, etc. He then proceeded to tell me ?you can go to the third window?which came out extremely rude. Walked in. Everything was clean. Friendly employees. No line. Drive threw was packed. Ordered a medium mocha frappe and a large... fry. Pleasant and easy experience. It only took 5 minutes to walk in, order, grab my order and walk back to the car. Quickest Ihave been to any fast food place. Fries are hot and frappe is icy cold. Eveything tasted great. Read more
Employees were searching for manager about breaks, told us how they were already fined. Messed up our order and when the manager... did appear he smelled like he just got done hotboxing in his car.
