No coke again is where it first went wrong. I ordered a tea and waited 10 minutes in line with one car in front of me. The... worker at the window disappeared for a minute then walked out to the parking lot vaping clouds. The next worker was picking upthe slack but was so frustrated she was messing up drink orders. Sitting at the window I could see who I assume is the shiftmanager giving the workers a hard time. I could hear the workers saying they would go home now. Then like a magic trick thevaping worker showed back up which seem to only aggravate the male who was talking about sending people home. I just want a dangcoke McDonald?s. Usually I have had bad experiences at this particular location. But the service has been exceptionally well. Just keep those... frappe machines cleaned and running and I'll definitely start seeing you guys more! Read more
Terrible! I ordered from doordash and I didn't get 3 large fries , 40 nuggets or my drink. The food I did get was wrong my... MCchicken was cold and had mustard on it and they put a big Mac in my quarter pounder box so that was wrong. Also ordered andapple pie and got a strawberry one. This is not the first time this has happened. This store is never busy enough to make thesekind of mistakes over and over again. At first I thought the door dasher stole the food but when I realized how wrong the food Ididn't receive was I realized it is just this store. Also considering how many times the food is wrong it is on them. 9/10 I donot recommend. Spend a little extra gas and go to the mcdonalds near 23rd street. This mcdonalds is a joke. While I understand the issues with finding workers etc...a 20 minute wait for food from a drive through is unacceptable.... Unfortunately for this location it seems to be the norm. These people need to get it together. I can tell you this is the lasttime I intend to stop there. Read more
They are always short staffed like many restaurants in the area. The drive through during lunch rush is usually 20 minutes to... get served. If they could get more staff I think they would see an increase in sales, because many people avoid this locationbecause of the long wait times. Read more
The food actually tasted good but that's it. Had I of examined closer before we actually started eating we would have left. The... table behind us had trash on it when we got there, was still there when we left, there was trash under most of the tables, nearthere trash can was a dead frog, yes, a frog, that was dried up, indicating it had been there for a while, then around thebottom of the can was spilled drink that had obviously also been there for a long time. The cashier was friendly, but the placewas extremely NASTY. Lots of transients hanging around outside, one met us at the door and ask for $10, Bobby gave her $5. Shedid not come in and buy food. We had the kids with us, and although I felt safe because of my husband, it still reeks of anunsafe, and unsanitary place. Read more
Ate here today, ordered on the menu kiosk and took an hour and 50 minutes. All tables dirty and unclean. Food was cold and they... forgot half our order, I got up to get barbecue sauce (Line was 2 people not including me) it took about 30 minutes and once Igot back to my table my family had already eaten all of their food (including the baby) . Manager was rude when asking forbarbecue sauce and very slow (when I asked for barbecue sauce she rolled her eyes and called someone else to get some for meinstead of doing it he herself. I could tell from other customers? expressions that they were not happy with their service.Other from the manager staff was humorous and cracked at least 3 or 4 jokes before me and my family left. I been to this location in the last 2 weeks my husband always eats here all the time and the drink machine has been messed up... for months last week you could taste the carbonation in the drinks all not just one now here it is a week later and the machineis completely down and all they have to offer is millk, apple juice, and bottled water.
