If I didn?t have to give a star I wouldn?t, five out of five times trying to get a frappe anytime after 9 PM they tell you the... frappe machine is down simply because they shut it down two hours prior to closing and laugh about it when you order one. Anyother time I have ordered the order is never correct. The restaurant is always disgusting and dirty management allows workers tobe rude and disrespectful to paying customers. Read more
Walked in to get a drink, left after standing at the counter for a few minutes and no one would talk to me. A couple employees... walked up near the counter, I assumed coming to take my order, then would turn around and leave without saying anything. Ifinally spoke up and called out "hello"when an employee walked past around the corner, the person kept walking. Thinking maybehe didn't hear me, when a minute later another employee walked by I said "excuse me" and was just ignored. I was loud enoughfor the couple other customers at a nearby table to hear me. Room was excellent with the exception of no coffee to wake up to. I had dinner at Jennifer's Noodle and was extremely delighted... with the service and taste. It was takeout to room. I do not like to leave a mess for the maid, but there was only 1 small trashcan in the bathroom to dispose of trash and would not accept container size. Bath tub is oversized and a great relaxer after along trip. Read more
Just has breakfast from the drive thru. Received everything we ordered. When someone orders a meal number...that usually means... they want the combo. No need to keep asking if we want the combo when we clearly ordered a numbered combo meal. Everything wasgood. Read more
I?m staying at the Comfort Inn next door to this location. I ordered 4 ice creams on the app & selected in-store pickup. I... walked next door & the doors are locked. I had to walk around the building to the drive through (in between the cars that werethere waiting) and ask how to get my mobile order. I had to stand in the drive through for my order. The employees weren?toverly friendly but they weren?t rude. The ice cream machine was working, surprisingly. I just don?t think in-store pickupshould be an option if the doors are locked. I would have driven next door had I know I was going to have to stand in the drivethrough. Read more
We ordered the chicken sandwich brownie Mc flurry deal and was charged for it. We got to the window and they didn't even offer... to tell us that the ice cream machine was down not offered a solution. The chicken was fried to a piece of plaster and the bunswere burnt. The chicken sandwich that was specified as nothing on it just plain had pickles (allergic) and had sauce which wasscrapped off. We paid 19.91 for 3 chicken sandwiches. Read more
My roommate went and picked up food, they pulled her up to wait for the order ( no biggie that?s normal to help the times and... get people out). But they literally shut hair into my drink. Roommate said she didn?t notice it because it was dark. Poured thedrink out. Food was okay. But I don?t understand how nobody noticed this. Read more
