First ever review of any place. I would NOT recommend this location. Ordered 2 Hamburgers, 1 McChicken, & 10 piece meal. NEVER... got the McChicken after asking about 3 or 4 times. Had to ask for only 1 Hamburger about the same amount of times before finallyreceiving it. Ended up with 3 Hamburgers. All dry and overcooked, fries stale and cold, & nuggets were decent (would?ve likethem fresh instead of a little stale but again they were decent). But before asking about the sandwiches, half of the orderwasn?t in the bag. Never coming back again, had to use TACO BELL MILD SAUCE to make the Hamburgers less dry. Next time Taco Bellis going to be the place I get my food, at least I get what I order there ???? Read more
First to start off with. The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have EVER experienced in the food industry. All three people I... dealt with tonight were rude and short speaking. They definitely weren't trained on how to greet the customer or care enough fortheir jobs. Food is mediocr boarder line disgusting. I know well if this is a Costa Francis it is held to higher standards thanwhat I have fitness tonight. District Managers I pray y'all see this review and fix the problems that this location has. Just finished up at this place. Terrible. I ordered 3 sides of bacon, 2 English muffins, and 4 apple slices. It took much... longer than it should have to ring this up. This caused a long line. Then when I got to the first window, they had the orderwrong. Finally after they said it was ?fixed,? I get to the second window, then third window (after they told me to pull furtherdown), grab my food, and start to pull off when I noticed most of my order wasn?t there. No bacon and half the apple slices weremissing. When I went inside, they insisted the bacon was on the muffins. After I told them it wasn?t, they went to ?correct? myorder and gave me 3 strips of bacon. I ask one employee how many pieces of bacon come in a side. They said they didn?t know andthen the manager says 2 (he just so happened to be passing the front counter). When he goes back to get the rest of the order,he tells the employee ?sorry about that,? to which the employee responds ?it?s cool, they?re just irritating me.? Then she goeson complaining that I only had one apple slice on my order and a side of bacon. When I went to my car, I checked my receipt. Thepicture of the receipt is attached. This is terrible. I?ve worked in fast food prior to stating my career, to include aMcDonald?s. I get the stress but this is ridiculous. Never going back here. I don?t recommend. Read more
It is par for most of the local McDonalds anymore...slow service and 50/50 if your order is accurate...on the first try. Yes I... know I can call if order not right and they will make right next visit or I can go back...but who wants to go thru all that esp.for the prices! YES I also know to check bag before I leave but man come on after waiting and if you are in a rush sometimes youdon't think about it...I go thru a variety of fast food places...probably more than I should. LOL. I have been to all the localMcDonalds and if I had to rate in order of efficient, timely, correct and friendly service it would be Lynn Haven, 23rd Street,Harrison Avenue, Michigan avenue and a tie between Callaway and MLK test...but that's my 2 cents worth...I realize we are comingoff COVID but this line up was also before that...and only made worse by the virus situation...but some are at least trying! The wait at the drive thru was a bit extensive. We only ordered a few menu items and it was early afternoon. Our order was... incorrect and when we informed the employees, their attempt to make it right, was still wrong. Although, the sandwiches werefresh, the fries were not and our drinks were not full by no means. I do not wish to visit this location again. Read more
Poor food quality. It's disgusting how these employees have the audacity to serve customers food that they wouldn't dare eat.... I'm beyond disappointed with this location. We ordered 3 big mac's, 2 quarter pounders & a 10 piece. The beef patties wereovercooked, dry, cold and hard. The chicken nuggets were stale and cold. Not to mention we all developed horrible stomach crampsand I ended up vomiting. Stay away from this McDonald's unless you wish to get food poisoning. I would give them zero stars ifthat was an option. Waste of money & risk to health. Read more
