Chilly outside, so I ordered a warm bowl. It was cold. Asked for whole grain bread, got white. Rice was white, not brown.... Horrible. Politely told manager. He was busy, but didn't even offer an apology. Heard he's leaving soon to open his ownrestaurant. Guess he didn't care. Read more
Took 30 minutes to get my food at the window they left things out and the flat bread was ice cold. When I looked inside the... restaurant I found 2 people on their cellphones and 2 people mopping the floor while food is being prepared! This location needsto send a manager in ASAP. They were also out of any regular white bread. The girl at the window however did a great job butthe other 4 employees were doing things they shouldn't have been doing while we were having to wait 30 minutes just to getthrough a drive-through. Place has went downhill, and fast. If your order isn't wrong, which happens often, then you can expect them to be out of... main/staple ingredients regularly. The prices arent good to begin with, but when you combine all the above, with the prices,your literally better off going to McDonalds or Newks. Such a disappointment in a store that used to be Supreme and a consistentexperience. Read more
Worst experience at a Panera Bread ever. They were out of salad. How can you run out of salad when they are a staple on your... menu? The cashier was rude and snippy. The sandwich I had to order because there were no salads was barely edible. I would havegiven only 1 star, but they do have free WiFi so that is worth a star and the iced tea was good. They used to be better, butsomething has changed in the past few weeks. Last week, they didn't make my son's chocolate frozen cold brew correctly. Based onthe last two visits, I cannot recommend unless you need a place that has WiFi. Read more
Absolute favorite bakery place to go. Highly recommend the praline twists. The baker goes overnight and makes all the bakery... products so they are freshly baked there at Panera every day. My boyfriend is so mad that I?m telling everyone how wonderful thepralines are because he thinks they?re going to get sold out. LOL Read more
The biggest complaint is that every time I go, they are out of something i want to order, including today. No souflee, so I... settled for bacon, egg and spinach wrap, which wasn't bad. The coffee was good but the chai tea was way too sweet. Also, dontorder the oatmeal. It was very bland and did not justify 6 bucks for a small cup. The only thing that saved it was the nuts andthe berries on top, which gave it a sweet taste, but only for a few bites. Blueberry muffin was average. Overall, eat here ifyou want to wait a long time for your second choice food that is....meh. Read more
We ordered from this location tonight, and it was honestly the worst. We ordered 2 salads. 1 salad we received wasn?t even what... we ordered, and then the other one was full of moldy, smelly lettuce. The entire salad was bad. I called and spoke to themanager LJ. He was so unprofessional? first, he put me on hold, without asking me to hold. I waited 5 minutes and finally calledback. When he answered the phone he called me ?honey? and said that he didn?t forget about me, he was just busy taking anotherorder. I explained my issues with the order. He didn?t apologize?He said he could remake it and I could come get it. Why in theworld would I want to come back for another moldy salad? He also said the incorrect salad we received was ?an extra they hadleft over???? I told him I wanted a refund, he sounded annoyed but agreed to do it, and then asked me my name again (for the 4thtime) and told me that next time I order, to give them my name and he would ?hook me up?. I will never be ordering from thislocation again. $30 for two moldy salads (one that wasn?t even the correct salad) and poor customer service. I added a photo ofmy moldy salad. Do better Panera. What happened to this location?? It used to be clean?now, I?d rather eat a sandwich on the floor of aisle 2 in Walmart. Tuesday... 7/12?dinner time. Womens bathroom- one toilet had vomit or blood all over it, the other stall doesn?t close. The door was pushedthrough, so it won?t line up and lock. There?s garbage on 75% of the tables and on the floor. Garbage areas are piling up. Makesme wonder if you can?t be bothered to clean the dining area, what does your kitchen look like? I won?t come back to find out,and if you?re reading this. I hope you consider that too, if you have any kind of commercial kitchen standards. Your staff waspleasant enough, but corporate is either too greedy to invest in more workers, or they should just close the dining room if theycan?t keep up with the cleaning due to staffing. Read more
