If you do chose this Pizza Hut location, don?t go with delivery. I live within a two-mile radius and due to driver shortages,... that are only known if you call, my delivery was past the quoted time. I was given excuse of the driver shortage due toaccidents. The function of ordering for delivery should be turned off on the app. I was injured myself this week and limitedability to drive, but still out $40 for one one cold pizza and one melt. I ordered online from here yesterday.. the food was cold when I got it.. I had to wait 15mins when I got there(so I just knew it... was gonna be piping hot fresh).. they didn't waste any time completing my order (the payment +tip) but then I waited for 15minsfor $52 /cold pizza.. -ask me do I mind waiting for fresh pizza- -dont have me wait 15/20mins (especially when the front counterI'm standing near was not busy) to be given cold pizza that's clearly been waiting on me- Mind you I ordered online so I knowthe pizza was supposed to be ready when I got there.. smh to make matters worst I didn't receive both the pepper and parmesanshakers I purchased I didn't have any more time for them yesterday.. Wow. Just wow! We ordered the same type of pizza from this place a few times. Tonight, we received the box and started digging... in to find the dough very undercooked. When I called the store for them to send a cooked replacement the manager, Calvin wasextremely rude. I nicely stated that the pizza was still dough and he said nothing for a few seconds. When I asked if he wasstill on the on the line. He said "yes I am just trying to figure out how that is even possible " I said we'll I'm not lieing.He let me know rudely that the only thing he can do is send replacements. I said that was great that is all we wanted and that Iwill send the uncooked back to the store. The driver came and we showed him and he stated that it did seem very undercooked.Being a family of customer service workers I really was waiting for a call back from Calvin with an apology. It never came so Icalled back to make sure that he received and inspected the pizza and he did but that it was fine and just damp where the saucewas. No the dough was pure uncooked. I?ve been wanting the Pizza Hut all you can eat salad bar with Catalina dressing ever since they reopened after the rona. Wow!... Went today. It was just as awesome as I remembered. I do wish they had the tiny pieces of broccoli and the ?Chinese? crunchynoodles, but I?m good to go!! The service was spot on and the price was crazy low (2 adults, 2 salad bars, and 2 drinks $13.00)!I gave a $10.00 tip on a $13.00 order. Well worth the service and the eats.
