Say at the speaker waiting to make my order for 10 minutes then drive to the window and was told it had a malfunction and... they're not allowed to take any order at the window so if have to go around again and hope the speaker would work. No courtesyand was very rude while speaking. Read more

As with most, it was much better in the past. Still good but value is not what it used to be. What bothers me the most is that... in a family meal, you have to take the "standard" pieces.... no deviation. Read more

Just very rude. One of the employees was standing outside and yelled at me you can place your order right here. I was waiting... for somebody to say something through the intercom. And the lady through the intercom was very rude as well. I will never goback to this Popeyes. Customer service is key. Read more
Food is good , when they have anything. They are always out of spicy chicken. But they don't tell you up front, they wait until... you wait in line for ever, then they want you to take other chicken. Afew times I get all the way home and find out they forgothalf your order. It is to far to drive all the way back. Read more

If I?m in the city around lunch time, which isn?t often, hard not to stop by Popeyes. Always fresh, hot, and delicious. Staff... has always been nice, prompt, & courteous. My only place for fried chicken. Use to try others but found out, to me, there was nocomparison. Read more
