Andon did a wonderful job serving us. Even though he was still learning you can tell he gave it his all and had a great attitude... the entire night. BEST. SERVICE. EVER. Our server for the evening was Joseph Smith and let me tell you he is a master at his craft. the... attentiveness to my son was more than every other restaurant i?ve brought him to combined. super friendly, helpful, and quickestservice this side of the Mississippi. highly recommend asking for him as your server, I know I will be every time from now on.I?d leave 10 stars if i could. My husband and I have been going to Red Lobster at 910 East 23rd street for the passed 3 years for our wedding anniversary. The... last couple times we went the food was really good except this time it was different. Our server Abby was really sweet but thefood was not. I had sent my food back 3 times because none of it was cooked at the proper temp. My steak especially but, mebeing an experienced server I know that when you take food back to the kitchen that it is all recooked especially the meat. Abbyour server had stood by while I checked the temp of my steak the first time it came out rare so I asked her to take it backagain and have it cooked again the next time it came back it was medium rare, so I sent it back again and the next time it cameback I noticed it was the exact same steak that she had taken back 3 times. Me being the experienced server that I am fresh meatis supposed to be cooked and not the same one 3 times that causes cross contamination when recooked every time because propertemperature is not being done correctly, so when I got it back it was medium well and over seasoned. My vegetables still hadsome crunch to it and the mashed potatoes tasted like they?ve been sitting for a few days in the cooler. The shrimp was stillraw and the seafood stuffed mushrooms had a funny taste to them as well. So now for the past day or two I have been dealing withfood poisoning so I?ve missed a days worth of work. We will never be coming back to Red Lobster we were very disappointed sonext time we will be going to Angelo?s Steak Pit for our next meal out. Read more
The lady Taylor was an absolute nightmare. I'm the one who left the review for Efrain. (Which we hate that he left....) I have... never had such bad service we were 1 of the TWO people there took 10 mins for the drinks... biscuits never came out till afterthe appetizer was out. Kept claiming that she would get them. Then after she finally let us order after another 20 mins sherushed my husband to by doing a bunch of huffy and puffs. Then another 20 mins past for our food. It finally came out. Butthen. My husband couldn't remember something so I tried to help them she made a slick comment "wow you sure do say everythingfor him." Then I had a Togo order which I had to ask yall nice seater guy to tell her we would like her to come to our table sowe can put our order in which she already knew about. And then she came our immediately the had to wait another 30 mins forthat and we had to wait for it cuz we were already done eating. Then as we left her whole attitude changed and she was trying toact all nice. But sorry little Taylor no tip for you. Yes I pulled my first Karen move. We celebrated my wife's birthday yesterday. She got garlic shrimp on a skewer & I got fried shrimp. Both were absolutely... delicious! We both love seafood & have eaten at many seafood restaurants in Panama City & Panama City Beach. By far when itcomes to shrimp, Red Lobster has them all beaten!
