The premier spot for Oysters in Panama City Beach. A PCB staple that stands the test of time. Stopped in for lunch over Fall... Break and we?re able to grab a seat at the bar right away. The atmosphere is excellent, friendly staff and great service. Evengot a free tray of raw Oysters on the half shell while we waited for our order. Everything on the menu is excellent. We wentwith the Mexican and Cajun Baked and they were absolutely phenomenal. If your in Panama City Beach and want fresh oysters,there is no better choice than Shuckums!! Read more

We ordered Rockefeller oyster, coconut shrimp and grilled shrimp with hush and corn. Compared to other restaurants that serve... same dish, their coconut shrimp is bomb and the other two dish is just ok. I tried different restaurants and ordered Rockefellerand other restaurants are are much better. Read more

Had an hour wait, but the time flew by listening to the family karaoke. The app they use so you can track your place in line is... very nice. The meal for us tonight was snow crab legs and crab cakes. They were worth the wait. The mango margarita andstrawberry daquiri was fantastic. Would definitely vsiti here again. Read more

We just finished our dinner at Shuckums! This Oyster Bar & Grill has been serving Panama City Beach since 1967! We had... calamari for an appetizer. It was fair, rubbery, over cooked but edible. I know it's a staple of PCB and it's gonna be busy and loud but this experience was much to be desired. Stopped by at 6:30 for 6... and a highchair ( Tuesday eve). 2.5 hour wait, fine, we'll go to the pier. Walk back at 9:20 b/c hadn't had a text yet, stillnot ready. Many tables are open at this point but ok. Finally sit very tight, small booth next to obnoxious drunk people, fineit's Florida whatever. Waitress was great and so sweet. Food came out fast but much was to be desired. Crab legs were $40 andlots of small legs. Seafood platter talks of sharing for 2, was $40 and was ok, nothing special. We go for the baked oysters. Delicious Jalapeño Cheese oysters, Rockefeller oysters, Mexican style oysters and more! Popcorn... shrimp and battered fish are also delicious. It?s a little heavy on the breading for my personal tastes. they have a novelty ofhalf money hanging all over the ceiling. It?s definitely a fun festive atmosphere you don?t go for intimate dining here but justgood food with friends. Service was GREAT. Gregory I believe was our waiter, he was the absolute Best!! Not only was the service completely attentive and so friendly but... the food was fresh and delicious!!!! I could have slurped those oysters all day, the fresh oysters were all of our favoritesbut we did try 6 of their flavored cooked varieties, the multi cheese and spinach creations paired well with the oyster anddidn?t drown the taste as much as some of the others did. The crab cake was to die for, perfectly made. Blackened scallops andshrimp all were fresh and the fried oysters were cooked well. The drinks are strong and perfect for the beach day you likelyjust walked off of. Proportions are not massive, but the service is hopping so you will get what you want promptly and More canalways be added. Ate dinner here outside and it was a delight. It was around 6pm on a Monday, quoted a 30min wait and it only took 10-15 minutes.... My mom loves oysters and said these were some of the best ones she's ever had. I ordered the fish tacos and they were delicious,had a small kick to them, and wonderful flavor. We also ordered fried pickles and mac & cheese. Would recommend visiting. Read more
