Pulled into spot to order. Bushed button , a person said it was pickup only. If I wanted to order, we must use... drive-thru. Backed out drove to the drive-thru. Waited 5 minutes. No one ever took out order. Bad service on every level. Read more
I mean it really doesn't matter because they will never change but it's always terribly slow service and they talk to you like... you're bothering them by pulling up to their open restaurant and trying to order food. Sometimes I get a nice person at thewindow but most of the time they're rude. I get being understaffed but that's just the new normal and they need to stop makingit the customers problem. Read more
Went to the drive through to order some milkshakes. The line was long and it took a little to reach the window and still had to... wait a little longer for the milkshakes to be made.. the cashier was very friendly and I think they are just short staffed butthe milkshakes were good. Read more
The girl that took my order, messed it up completely, a slushie, I called the button waited 15 or so minutes for her to... answer, She had the worst attitude I?ve ever experienced before in a customer service establishment. She told me she made it andit was right, that I was wrong and why do I need a refund. She came back with the worst attitude after 20 minutes and told meshe could not give me my refund receipt and she?s taking my drink, She had the nastiest look on her face and tone of voice, poormanager was listening in the back, I felt like this girl was seriously gonna jump in my car and beat me up for wanting a refundon a drink she messed up ???? The food is good when they respond. If you don't do the drive-thru you're basically ignored. This is our third or fourth time... trying to use the carhop. After waiting at least ten minutes we've driven off because nothing happens after pressing the buttonfor service. If they don't have the staff for it I understand but tape some or all off then to keep people fromwaiting. Besides that the sweets here are delicious and the people are very nice. Read more
I ordered a bunch of slushies for my summer campers and when I picked them up I found 2 cups with holes in the bottom. It's... obvious that the workers knew that there were holes because they put the cups with a holes in them in new cups. I just don'tunderstand why they wouldn't just fix it? Read more
Ordered a slushy and two milkshakes. The strawberry slushy was really good. I got nerds in mine. Lots of drinks and snacks and... food to choose from. Their chili cheese dogs are my absolute favorite. It's a go-to every time we stop at a sonic. Rarely do Iorder anything else. Read more
Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly at the drive-thru. Great fast for fast food.
