Normally, I enjoy eating here but lately the service hasn't been that great or helpful. They were short and quick to tell us no... when we asked just to switch out pastas for another pasta type when they have done it in the past. Maybe in the future, they'llhave more helpful team and won't make it a hard process to change something out for a paying customer. Read more
Was date night for me and my fiance. I was in town from Tampa, as we walked in was greeted by great employees immediately and... was being seated, as was was being seated the bartender came by and was promoting a drink special (which was very good) and myfiance ordered. Online ordering was a breeze, curbside pickup was quick. Our burger was cooked perfectly, bun toasted just right & they even... packed the toppings on the side to avoid making it soggy. Our chicken sandwich was also cooked perfectly with amazing flavorand the onion rings were warm and crunchy. You can tell they took some thought and care in packing our order, which was greatlyappreciated by all at the office today! They even included condiments (hardly anyone thinks to do this anymore). Had a blast at Friday's. Since we have none where we live, we always try to find one while on vacation and this location didn't... disappoint! I had the Whisky Glaze sampler and wished I would have ordered a second one to go, the shrimp, chicken, and ribswere all very tasty! The New York strip I ordered with whisky glaze was prepared as ordered and, again, tasted phenomenal withthe glaze. The cut did have more grissel than I'm used to, but that wouldn't stop me from ordering it again. My girlfriend hadthe whisky glaze burger while the kids had the whisky glaze ribs, bacon cheeseburger, and chicken fingers. Everyone enjoyedtheir meals. In for a quick bite and my waitress Brittany gave great service. The food was good about average and alcohol was over priced.... That's normal at restaurants but I was very impressed with how we were served and definitely want to shout out Brittany forreminding me that there are still some servers who still do their job. One star. Because of service. Candace decided we where not important enough I guess because she completely ghosted us when all I... wanted to do was pay and leave. The place was half capacity probably less. 25 minutes just to pay and leave. I had to flag downthe hostess to be able to pay my bill. I tipped poorly this time. She deserves no tip. Atmosphere, drinks and food was great until I started eating my wings and noticed it was not cooked completely and still had... blood inside. I bought it to my waitress attention and was surprised when she tried to tell me it was not blood it was some sortof stain but could not explain with what. Next the supervisor came to speak to us and tried to reassure us that it's not bloodbut instead it's a stain. I politely ask what it was stained with and she couldn't explained either. Ordered Fish and Chips. The fries were great, the coleslaw was delicious but my fish was awful. It looked like it had been... cooked for awhile and reheated. I sent it back for fresher fish , on my second order 2 pieces out of 4 were okay, but 2 lookedlike they had been cooked and had sat in grease. I am surprised the chef sent food out looking like that. Friday's needs to justtake the Fish and Chips off of the menu. Our waitress was really great and she tried to solve issue but I think it all comesdown to the chef, he didn't take pride in his cooking. Read more
