Meh. Greeted in the drive thru with "welcome to McDonald's" followed by laughter? (In hindsight, I probably should've went there... instead). Ordered the biggie bag. No tomato on my JBC, nuggets were gross, but at least the fries and frosty tasted decent.Probably the slowest drive thru I've been in with Wendy's, and there were only 2 cars ahead of me, around 10pm. I thought it odd that this Wendy's had a double rainbow hanging over it for the last couple of weeks. That's until I found out... that Nicole was a shift manager there. What an excellent surprise. Went to the drive thru. They tried to give me the wrong size drink, I was nice about it. They handed me my frosty with it... pouring all over the edge and then got confused when I asked for a napkin for it. I kid you not this kid asked multiple timeswhat sauce I wanted. BBQ. BBQ. Still BBQ. Guess what's not in the bag? BBQ. So now I'm annoyed. Icing on the cake though waswhen I went to take a sip of my drink and they didn't put the lid on correctly so it spilled all over me and my car. What alovely place to go on my lunch break. Read more
Food was ok. Service was good. But the dining area hadn't even been looked at for over three hours based on appearances. ... Bathrooms in at least twice that amount of time.... Been all over the country and this may well be the.nastiest.Wendy's. that Ihave ever been in. Didn't even want to wash my hands in their sink as it appeared coated with pubic hair. Won't be back! The employees are nice. I ordered from the drive through. Last time I went inside. The employee that took my order also helped... with my food. And he had on no glaves that time. When I went through the drive through and got my food I checked it and it hadhair in the food. None of the employees had on hair nets. I will not be back to this location. Read more
