Absolutely TERRIBLE service! The manager Bill was extremely rude to us on the evening of 5/1. When we came into the store, there... were absolutely no customers inside or outside of the building. As we walked in, we noticed there were some fresh salted pretzelbites coming out, we asked for an order of those and Bill stated that we didn't need those and could get the ones already madesitting under the heat lamp. We stated that we wanted the ones that were freshly made and Bill proceeds to say there was nodifference between the fresh ones and the pretzels already sitting there "for just 5 minutes". He flat out said NO that we couldnot get the fresh order of pretzels. We opted to leave and not purchase ANYTHING! No wonder the store was EMPTY! With servicelike this - especially from a manager - they should be shut down. Read more
Great pretzels as always, you can see the pretzels being made from start to finish while you wait in line.
Cheat day? Get you a nice warm pretzal. Nothing much to say here, good staff, fast service.
I visited this location on vacation and requested a pretzel straight from the oven,they completely refused to make it. So I... contacting corporate to see if this was standard practice and was told that a quest should be able to request a straight fromthe oven pretzel as long as they dont mind waiting.The store did contact me in this matter STILL refusing to make a straightfrom the oven pretzel and that it was wrong for someone to even ask. Nice fresh food i got a mango smoothie and pretzel dogs where good as always . Very friendly service the lady's are always sweet
went to get pretzels and decided to get a smoothie, employee (man 30/40?) then says once we order the smoothie ?that?s not very... good?. He was very rude to us the entire time we were inside, yelling a sarcastic merry christmas on our way out the door afterdeciding to cancel our order. I can say the place is clean. Other than that, one girl there always seems to act like it is an imposition to do her job. As I... see you replied that I only give 1 star reviews. That would be incorrect. I have given many more good reviews over the yearsthan bad. I try very hard to give honest reviews. I do have more than one google account, so you might not have seen them all. But I have done easily 30 plus reviews over the last few years . . . . mostly very good. And in the case of your shop, I havebeen in several times since I have lived here. I stopped going. The food sits under a lamp until it is no longer freshtasting. The service of the "manager" was very unpleasant . . . ignored me at first then acted inconvenienced to wait on us. Ireported the problem first to a supervisor who was not helpful. After several experiences like that, reporting it with noavail, I put up a review. Even your reply shows the atmosphere of the place. Might it have been better to say "I am sorry youhad a bad experience and we are working to have great food served with a smile" and invited me and others back. But no, youtried to discredit me, accepting no possible responsibility. Your comments proved my point. As far as the law . . . . I havenever been in a store in my life that the law was called on me. The man (maybe the manager) yelled at our 3 year old son for having his arm on their divider. He was not being wild and crazy.... He put his arm on the divider, stood there, and smiled. We wish that that man would of said something to us THE PARENTS if hehad a problem. We are on our son?s very first big vacation and we wish that his heart wasn?t broken by a stranger.
