Coffee was great which is saying something for most Dunkin? Donuts, but, service was awful. We sat at the drive through forever... waiting for someone to take our order. Looked like the people in front of us and the worker at the window were talking the wholetime. Pretty frustrating. Read more
If I could vote for the worlds slowest dunkin, this one would take the cake. Several times they have people wait at the speaker... for 10+ minutes without saying a single word. Customer service or listening skills are definitely not their strong suit. On topof that they can?t make your stuff right because they don?t listen to a thing you say. Do yourself a favor and close this placedown or find a staff that actually know what they?re doing. Read more
Slowest customer service. If you want to waste 1 hour here, come here. Waste of my time and they don?t even make the drinks... properly. Very unsatisfied. My drink was literally all milk. Ridiculous. Read more
I have two kids and this lady who works the register here was so wonderful that upon us returning my son was so excited to see... the women who "sugars the kids up". The phrase she said to them when we came the first time. So sweet and really good at bondingwith the costumers. We returned because of her and came inside rather than the drive through. And we will return before leavingPanama. You have a great worker on your hands. I didn't catch her name but she had I believe blue green hair. So friendly. Read more
They absolutely screwed up our entire order. We had two online orders, and everything was wrong. I had a large mocha latte, they... gave it to me in a medium and looked at me sideways when I asked them to fix it. We ordered four boston creme donuts and we gotfour donuts thrown into a bag, all stuck together and NONE of them had filling. All dry. In the other online order, we had amocha latte and a caramel latte, we got two mocha lattes. Labeled correctly on the stickers, but made wrong. We also had a plainchocolate donut and a boston creme. They were both thrown in a bag, stuck together, and the chocolate donut was actually a cakedonut, and that boston creme also had no filling. I had a bad experience 7/16/22 at this location. If I could give a 0 rating I would. I was visiting Panama City on vacation when... me and my family decided to stop at this location for a coffee and a brown sugar brew. First of all the drive thru took too longand then messed my order up twice. I had to drive around to others to get what I wanted. I requested a refund on my card andhave not received it as of yet. Tried to call the number at the store and get a recording. What do I do to get my refund? I wasvery unhappy???? Read more
This Dunkin makes me ???? sad. There are some very nice people working here, but this location is desperately lacking in... training, supplies and consistency. This was our prime location, go-to Dunkin for every weekday morning, but nolonger. *Doesn't the parent company provide instructions for food prep?* CLEARLY repeated coffee orders are recieved wrong atleast half the time. When they actually have them in stock, my favorite stuffed bagel minis never come out the same way twice.Rarely, they are perfect. Some days they are overheated, some days they are still cold and congealed and some days they areactually burnt and hard as rocks. The hash browns are always soggy. Breakfast Sandwiches and bagels only seem fresh and wellmade sometimes, but squashed and stale others. Add to that the general impression of a dingy, unkempt place and regrettably,we'll be getting our morning fare elsewhere. ????
