The very BEST bacon cheeseburger I've had in years! It looked better than their commercial and tasted delicious..so hot & fresh... Food was good for your common bar food, so no complaint on food. Server is nice and appreciate being noticed, but the reason.... the review is low is due to the poor hostess service. She wasn?t very polite because as soon as we got here she didn?t even sayhello she just left. Which i wouldn?t have minded as much if the few other times she came back she would?ve at least said hello,but no she never once said hello. She just placed the menus on the table and left. I delivered an ez-catering order from Red Robin to customer office for lunch. The store had everything ready and packaged for me... before the store even opened w all that is needed to enjoy their hot cooked burgers n chips w loads of add ons plus salads wdressing. Tea for everyone and they went above n beyond to make sure the order was complete. Thanks Red Robin I definitelyrecommend you for catering or a nice meal anytime. This place is no different than many other current restaurants in dealing with staffing issues. What that meant for our... visit.....long wait time to be seated, no refill of drinks without asking, underwhelming service overall. The food itself wasslow to arrive, but really good. Had to wait 45mins before we even got to sit down at a table and then another 30mins for our food, but overall the food was very... good. I had the Turkey burger which was really good, but if you're not to keen on spicy food, don't order with the chipotleseasoning. Read more

The food and experience was great, clean establishment. Great attentive staff from the time you enter. Our server was awesome,... order taken promptly and food brought to table in timely manner. Bottomless fries are great, and they get me every time even though I don't need that many fries. The staff was very friendly and... nice. We had a 20 minute wait on a Friday night, which wasn't bad at all. They were busy but not too crowded, and everythingcame out at reasonable times. Read more
