I am from out of town and picked up a mobile order so I didn?t interact much, but the staff was very nice and actually spoke to... us which is rare in my experience. We ordered 4 food items and 2 drinks. 1 of the drinks was wrong, but nice employees are sosuper rare that I?m giving this location 4 stars based on that alone. Read more
I would give this Starbucks 0 stars if I could. I am a latina and there were some white girls infront of me. They ordered way... more than we did . I ordered some sandwiches and they gave the girls there food in an amount of 10 min? they were not full? theyhad me waiting 1 hour for mine and then when they finally gave me my stuff they forgot some other sandwiches.. and white peoplekept coming in and receiving there orders. I come here regularly and the staff is always super friendly. No matter if I?m getting one item or 12 items they are amazing. ... So be sure to come by today and grab you a coffee, mango dragon fruit, green tea, and banana nut bread and chat with the one ofthe super friendly staff. I liked my experience at this particular Starbucks. Ordered a tall mocha frappe, double blended, whip cream, and chocolate... drizzle. Drink tasted consistent with all previous Starbucks experiences. Smooth, rich, and well balanced. Not too much coffeeor chocolate. Staff was friendly and accommodating to fulfilling my order to the specific request on how I wanted my drinkmade. Appreciated that. Interior is open and spacious, but definitely needed some attention to the floor, a few seats andtables, and to no surprise, the prep station. Also, don?t know if this is acceptable or not, but there were a few flies flyingaround the register. Bugged me a little bit. Pun intended. The coffee here is of a higher quality than most coffee places in the area. I can say I go here at least five times a week. The... holiday flavors are some of the best ones around. I would however recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead. It getsreally busy I'm the morning time. Give yourself at least ten minutes to get your coffee from the time you order it. Read more
