This is the first Taco Bell to not leave something out AND everything was as I ordered it on the app! I'm easy to please... just... get my always huge orders right and they did. I literally made a joke in the drive-thru back home about how they must have anunwritten policy to leave out a taco or two for big orders LoL! What a mess this place is! Ordered on the app to pickup at drive thru. A car was broke down in the drive thru lane. Went inside... and asked to pickup order inside was told my name was not on the screen tried explaining that of course it wasn't we couldn'tget to the window to give my name. Just then the lady who was broken down came in told the manager she was broken down in thedrive thru lane at that point the manager agreed to take my name and eventually the order was started. Waited for over a halfhour for my order only to have it given to someone else also waiting for an order. The woman who received the order said "Iwould have thought you would have received your order first." I said "are you sure this is your order?" She said her name wascalled but that she was waiting for the rest of her order. I waited another 15 minutes and when I asked again about my order thegirl asked again what I ordered and she said oh I think I gave it to her. She checked the boxes and said these are yours. What?!So I sat there with boxes next to the other woman that were mine. Really? I say now my food is cold and she just walked off andignored me!! The dining area was dirty and the kitchen area had food all over the floor. I don't know how no one fell from allcheese ect on it. As for the food the crunch wraps had no crunch and very little filling and the 5 layer burritos only had 2layers. There were 5 people working the kitchen and one at the window. Yet they still couldn't get their act together. Sorrythis is so long but I am absolutely shocked about how I was treated and no apology given for their mistake and appalled by thecondition of the kitchen. I will definitely never return to this Taco Bell and tell my family and friends not to patronize iteither!! Read more
The best Taco Bell we've been to in a LONG time! The staff was working their tushies off making sure customers got their orders... as quickly as possible. Our order was correct, fresh and served with a smile! No complaints here!! Read more

Line was extremely long in drive thru so we decided to go in. There were two other already inside. We ordered at 4:40pm. 6... others came in behind us. Here it is 5pm we are still waiting on our order. Girl at the cash register is on her personal cellphone standing around, putting her hands on her head, scratching her head, picking at her nose ring. Now it?s 5:10pm and we justgot our order which was 2 loco tacos and 2 supreme loco tacos and 1 drink. The supreme wasn?t supreme but I am not going back inthere to wait another 30mins for 2 tacos. Bad service and bad preparation of food. Cold unmelted cheese on cold meat. I paid for steak and got beef and also waited 30... minutes because not one out of all the people working told me they were out of steak the head cook i would say was rude and hadan attitude towards everyone. Then to top it off the delivery truck blocked on of the entrances and blocked people from backingout of parking spots and blocked the handicap parking so he can unload right into the building. That?s not cool that?s beingpure lazy. Tighten up, get corporate down to fix the problems, it?s been bad for over a year now and it?s getting worse. Read more
