Went through here today and asked for a cup of ice with my order, I was charged $3.82 for a cup of ice, which I didn?t find out... until the card was already swiped and there was nothing they could do. A small soda is $1. I guess that?s a pretty goodbusiness model to just charge people whatever you want. Either a rip-off or a brain-dead employee. Read more
Ordered a Large big Carl combo 6/21 at around 6pm and didn?t realize until I got home the cashier at the drive thru charged me... for that and an extra Large coke which I never ordered nor received . Will not be coming back to this carls ever again. Read more
Worse customer service! First Esmeralda gives attitude over the drive through speaker and in person, then you pay for your food... and they tell us to please wait in the parking lot also the location was not busy we were the only ones in the parking lot weparked at 6:30 didn't get our food till 6:45 save your time don't bother coming here. This place is a dump! Don't go inside. The bathrooms don't work. Can't refill your own soda. Stick to drive thru if you must.... Drive thru window is on passenger side - that's how lame this place is. Read more
