IHOP, itself, is good, once you're inside. The food and the wait staff are really nice and helpful. We had the most darling... waitress. She was a sweetheart. On the other hand, they don't have handicapped parking, & the parking lot is on the side of thebuilding, and not really, really close. Outside, the area next to the building, doesn't look the cleanest or well-kept, & I hadto warn the disabled senior that I was with, who was walking with a cane, that there were some broken bricks that were unlevelwhen we were walking to and from the restaurant. Inside, the restaurant was very clean, except in the women's restroom. In oneof the stalls, the regular one, they had a wet floor-type of sign near the door, and the water and toilet paper in the toiletlooked like it was near the top, ready to overflow onto the floor. So, I decided to use the handicap stall, which wasn't stockedwith toilet paper. So, I had to go into the regular stall to get toilet paper to take into the handicap stall with me. Needlessto say, I told our waitress about the condition of the bathroom when I came out of it. Hopefully, they handled it quickly. Read more
Food is well priced and always consistent. Three-tip and mashed sweet potatoes are amazing. They also have healthy food... delicious coleslaw and fried shrimp. Great professional service and great cafes. Sports nets and a bar make for a fun upliftingfamily atmosphere. Ideal for friends and family. Read more
Service was great by the waitress but the food was decent. There was literally no one in the restaurant for the chef not to cook... our food as requested. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare. Instead we got over cooked and dry steak. I has to add alot of A1 sauce to give it flavor. Read more

Good food, service, and atmosphere. They had decorated for Halloween, and had an obvious blast doing it. I highly recommend this... IHOP. Read more
