I ordered in the drive thru with a gentleman who was very kind. But the server was not only in a bad mood, she even forgot to... put the stuff in my bag after checking I asked for ketchup and Mexican sauce. I never expected her to forget something veryimportant. I ordered an oatmeal and she didnt put the little bag that comes with it; the one that has raisins, apple and aspoon. I called and the person who answered gave me an attitude and said I can come back for the fruit but she cant replace theentire thing. I am not eating just the oatmeal! I threw it away! And no I wasnt going to come back just for pieces of apple andraisings! The very least she could do it say when you come back ask for a new one and take my name but she said: since you didreceive the oatmeal All I can do is give you the apples and raisins another time. I already disposed, the oatmeal itself doesn?ttaste good. Why would I want only that for? The oatmeal is already pricey !!! I only buy it because it tastes good with theraisins and apples. This is California, everything is expensive! If you want people to come back, find a solution instead ofgiving them attitude over the phone. You made a mistake, say sorry and we will make it up to you! This is not good customerservice. I already complainedto McDonald?s.con as well! Your customer service is not right. If you are in charge and youremployees made a mistake, apologize on their behalf and find a solution. I am a manager myself and I take responsibility forthem and try to accommodate to the customer in every possible way! Paying customer are making your business what it is, so manyother locations around the neighborhood serving the same exact thing! I only stopped by here on my way to my parents. The staff here is ALWAYS nice!! Super courteous and quick too. The drive thru can get busy but for the most part it moves fast.
