Horrible customer service, and they definitely will not pack your order correctly, so dont count on it if your ordering to go.... The manager has the nastiest attitude and was very rude. One of those loud girls who try to over talk you when they know theymessed up. It all reflected in the food and issues we were having, on how bad this person is at their job. My opinion of this establishment is starting to change as thier quality has taken a nosedive. As a Chef by trade, I know when... corners are being cut. Teriyaki chicken boiled. Never touching a grill. "Yaki" means to bbq on grill. Rice not even warm. Meatnot warm. Lazy cooks and owner at the register who allows for this sub quality product to be sold. Not good. One of my favorite places to grab lunch food is great but the best thing about this place is the customer service. They look... like there short on staff but they give great customer service the girl working the register has such a great attitude.
