Ordered a California Pizza and specifically requested that the Chipotle Mayo be put on the side. Got home to find the pizza was... covered with it. It was a simple request. What's more, this isn't the first time our order has been wrong at this location.Also, not specific to this location but the Schlotskys app might be the worst app on planet Earth. Read more
This is what Schlotzskys is supposed to be! We stopped going to the last one we used to visit regularly because they had really... gone downhill. Found this one and so glad! The people are upbeat and nice and it looks like this is a popular local place. Fastefficient service and the food was the expected delicious! We will be back! Read more
Ordered inside to go. Got to my event and it was the wrong sandwich in bag. (Plain sliced chicken(?) instead of my requested... beef bacon smoke cheesy) Disappointing, but had to eat eat it. To be fair, have not contacted store about it yet. Read more

Visited here last week, I got the beefy cheesy sandwich. It was not very beefy or cheesy by my taste. Definitely overpriced. Its... a shame my work usually caters from here and I seem to get better meals out of the catering than I do if aa a walk-in. $17 for asoup and sandwich is a bit much, I will just wait for my work to cater next time. I avoided this location for a few years because the quality of the food and service had slid pretty far. I stopped in a few... months ago and had my first great Schlotzsky's experience since about 2012. I'm not sure what has changed in the organization,but the face of that change for me was Reina. She is always exceptionally polite and helpful, and the crew in the kitchen isputting out good quality. Read more
