I went in at 11:00 am on Aug. 24th. I had to wait for quite awhile for someone to help me. When she did, her "greeting" to me... was "What do you want?" I was shocked, but gave her my order, which was a bucket of chicken with no sides. When I asked if Icould have half original and half extra crispy, she just rolled her eyes at me. She rang it up, then proceeded to throw mychicken in the bucket, followed by smashing the lid down on it. She put it in a bag and kind of slung it on the counter at me. Then in a very sarcastic tone said, "Have a good day" and walked away. Needless to say, I was upset when I left. I tried tocall later to talk to a manager and a young person answered. When I asked if a manager was on duty I could talk to, I heard herask if they had a manager there. She then asked me what I wanted and I said I wanted to make a complaint. She then said shewas the manager. I told her I had a hard time believing she was the manager and would call back later. I was never able tospeak to a manager, so i am posting my complaint here. I hope that some better customer service training will be provided toyour employees. Read more
