Order was wrong, as in not even close. Food (chicken/chicken sandwich and fries) was cold. Crunch wrap supreme was soggy, had no... more than a teaspoon of meat. 3 piece box was a beast and two chicken drumettes. I went in at 11:00 am on Aug. 24th. I had to wait for quite awhile for someone to help me. When she did, her "greeting" to me... was "What do you want?" I was shocked, but gave her my order, which was a bucket of chicken with no sides. When I asked if Icould have half original and half extra crispy, she just rolled her eyes at me. She rang it up, then proceeded to throw mychicken in the bucket, followed by smashing the lid down on it. She put it in a bag and kind of slung it on the counter at me. Then in a very sarcastic tone said, "Have a good day" and walked away. Needless to say, I was upset when I left. I tried tocall later to talk to a manager and a young person answered. When I asked if a manager was on duty I could talk to, I heard herask if they had a manager there. She then asked me what I wanted and I said I wanted to make a complaint. She then said shewas the manager. I told her I had a hard time believing she was the manager and would call back later. I was never able tospeak to a manager, so i am posting my complaint here. I hope that some better customer service training will be provided toyour employees. Read more
Upon arrival at approximately 11:15 the lobby doors were still locked. Staff was friendly but, for being open for 45 minutes... with lobby doors locked you would expect a place to be clean. Not trash on the floor and one trash can overflowing. I went intothe the restroom to use the toilet and turned right around and decided to go somewhere else. Read more
Folks BEWARE!! Spent 62.00 and was missing most of our meal! Called and the Manager just sat on the phone and didn't say sorry... nothing.... then hung up on me! TRIED to call back and wouldn't pick up the phone. People work hard for their money....not coolto get home and half your meal is missing that you paid for! Will never be back! Horrible!! Read more

Some places in this town are a hub for the most foolish employees and managers. This place is one of them. Slobs and convicts... baby making tacos! Only the smartest kids get a job here. Not the oily pip sqeaks. Good food I meant lol Read more
