I don't know how this possibly happened but my family place an online order last night went inside told them that we had an... online order and who it was for and somehow might be the fact that he had a earpiece in his ear listening to music but he didn'thear me he completely misheard me had me pay for someone else's order and when I went to get the food and told them that theywas wrong they didn't correct it they just let me go now I will be calling the store manager when I get off work today hoping itcan be fixed because it caused some serious problems financially for my family Read more
Since it was a holiday, I called ahead to make sure the location I was using was open and how late. The staff onnthe phone was... polite and professional, and my questions were answered with no delay. My order was ready at an adequate time, the Dor Dashservice was timely and polite and offered contact delivery. Very helpful staff and the store was very clean. They took my order and it was done correctly in a timely manner.
Several times now I have ordered delivery and they don't have a delivery driver so my food sits there until I call and ask where... it is. Other times, Door Dash picks up my order and the order never shows up. They shouldn't accept delivery orders if theycan't deliver the food. Read more

Such incredible customer service - especially when you consider they're short-staffed. Somehow, they didn't get our call-in... carryout order (not sure what happened there, sometimes stuff just happens). Dillon, the Manager, was so kind. Even though hewas swamped with a ton of orders, he immediately took our order and got it in the over. My daughter and I hung out inside whileit cooked. When it was ready, he was so apologetic, he not only gave us our 2 personal pizzas for free, but he also threw in afree cookie. I was more than happy to pay, but he wouldn't accept it. I received the wrong order, in multiple ways. I asked for a large order of breadsticks, and received an order of 5, and not even... breadsticks but just bread, no toppings (Parmesan cheese, etc). Brought it to their attention and was told I was charged for asmall. I would have gladly paid to get the right size, but can we not also address the lack of anything on this bread.Incredibly rude, absolutely unprofessional and did not care. I left, got home, to find my pizza was wrong too. Don't waste yourtime or money on incorrect orders and frustration. Read more
Didn?t think pizza would take 30 minutes just to deliver. Placed the order a whole hour ago, then was told it was on the way 30... minutes ago. Estimated delivery time is a joke when just the drive across town takes as long as it would take to cook thepizza. Update- Had to cancel order after 1.5 hours Read more
