For the price charged, the food needs improvement. My fries, tots, or onion rings are always(seriously..... Always) over cooked... yet cold. They're either crunchy or chewy and always room temp. The staff had always been very sweet and pleasant though andwait time is true to form or typical. Read more
This RESTAURANT left me in debt for $800.00 due to medial bills! I am a single mother of 2 sons. This establishment must be held... accountable! This RESTAURANT WILL LIE AND ACT LIKE THEY CARE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU, BUT THEY DO THIS TO USE THEIR ATTORNEYS TOPUT YOU DOWN AFTER YOU NEAR Serious Food Poisoning. December 1, 2021 around 3:40PM, Ticket #498. I ordered a SuperSONIC DoubleCheeseburger and small tator tots. After about 4 hours of eating this and only this, my infant and myself became violently ill -ending in a trip to the hospital Emergency Department. UPDATE Jan. 12, 2022: As if this in itself wasn?t already a terribleordeal, I have been left with over $2000 worth of medical bills and Sonic had their insurance department tell me ?Denied?regarding their cooperation or willingness to do the right thing regarding this incident. I always hear horror stories when it comes to fast food places, but this is one I've never had a problem with. They're quick to... bring my food, and there has never been a problem with missing items from my order. Really has gone downhill. Consistently wrong food items. If you don't check your order at the window, 9 times out of 10 it... will not be what you ordered and paid for when you arrive home. Constantly out of something as simple as a straw for yourdrinks. Ordered a cheeseburger, given a chicken sandwich. Many instances of wrong food items.
