Wow, wow, and wow. This is a zoo not a restaurant. I have never seen an entire staff yell, cuss, and threaten customers. They... attacked a family for asking to have their order remade. The 2 people behind them had messed up orders. I was in the drive thruand had to come in because I had waited over 30min and still didn't have my order. Never again will we come back!!! Read more

We're Done! One bad experience after the other! This last one proved there is absolutely NO help for our Taco Bell! In addition... to my screwed up order, the Drive-thru girl was RUDE, HATEFUL and DISRESPECTFUL! When I asked for the manager I understood theproblem! She was the WORST! This manager has NO business dealing with people! I've NEVER been talked to or treated so RUDELY!Not a single positive thing to say about the manager, employees or the food!!!! Super rude guy in the drive through. He was very direct and had an attitude when we told him we said no tomatoes and he put... tomatoes on our food. We asked for his name and he slammed the sliding door shut. We tried calling the catering number for thatlocation to get a hold of customer service or something and he was on the other side of the line. We didn't catch his name. Healso never gave us a receipt (nor asked if we wanted one) to see what we asked for or do an employee survey. I got a deluxe boxbut there was no box. They put all of the food in a bag. If you eat here, do NOT go through the drive through. It will be theworst experience in your life. However, they are still out of sodas and are usually unprepared. Pulled up in the drive through and was greeted right away. I told the guy that i needed a minute to choose. Literally 8 seconds... later, a female voice came on and said that she would take my order when I was ready. I said "ok, I need a minute because themenu is difficult to read" ( small print in order to have Taco Bell as well as KFC menus on the board) and the plastic that wascovering it was hard to see through. Almost immediately, a different female come over the mic and impatiently and rudely said"are you ready to order yet?!" I told her never mind and that they were to pushy and quite rude. And I drove off without placingmy order. There was ONE vehicle paying at the window ahead of me, ONE vehicle parked in the parking lot and NO ONE behind me inline, so why the rush?That Taco bell and KFC lost my families business from that point on. I will never return.. Their employeesneed to understand that without customers like myself to purchase their food, they would not be working there. Read more
We moved to kansas in late 2021 and in March of 2022 went to eat inside as they were opened. First off they were out of major... soda brands and there was sticky soda on the floor and beverage area. There was cob webs and spiders under the table and chairs,we ordered our food and when called our number said "we are out of this and that" I said when I placed my order 15 minutes agoyou did not let me know of this? Now I have kids that are hungry and waiting to wait longer now because they were out of theseitems. I observed the so called manager yelling from the office and not doing a thing. I called taco bell and made a complaintas I had pictures to show them how their restaurant looked. Taco bell asked if I would like to be called by the manager and Isaid yes. Still to this day no call. I guess taco bell does not care, maybe if they made the news they would think twice. Read more
Was hesitant to go here based on the reviews but we are new in town and wanted to give it a chance. Total mistake, every one of... these 1 star reviews are 100% correct. First off; my husband was very polite in the drive thru yet when we pulled away & theythought we were up by the window they mocked him. Second, we were told they?re out of chicken and when asked if they could do abeef quesadilla instead we were told they could only do steak yet when we asked for just a beef burrito they could magically dothat?? Third, the employees are LOUD, they are VERY unprofessional having very loud conversations about their views onRACISM?amongst other things just taking their time goofing around with each other. & lastly, they forgot our drink & the food wedid end up getting was very thrown together carelessly. Will not be coming back to this Taco Bell until obvious changes aremade. Read more
Order food just to be told they were out of alot of stuff which is fine but the cashier didn't have to be rude, also when we got... what we ordered we had to wait ,again is fine. just when a younger gentleman brought are food he just ask ok is that it whilestill missing things showed him the receipt and they tossed everything in one big bag, I had 4 different orders in there.
