Burtons is a favorite for us! This morning we both had the chicken waffles, but their omelets and biscuits & gravy are also... excellent. You can ask for a side of mango glazed bacon and you really should. At dinner, we love the pork chops and the stuffedchicken breast. At lunch you can't go wrong with a burger and those Parmesan fries. Service is friendly and, considering thateverything is made fresh, it's also prompt. Finally!! Great food in Southern Indiana! This place is a must see. The inside is gorgeous and the owner is so helpful and... sweet. Get the word out! It's fantastic. Order the fish tacos. Visiting from about 4 hours away. My wife and I like the "off the beaten path" restaurants when we are traveling. This place is... visually very nice. The food is good. I had the bacon burger and my wife had the steak. Price is average for the things weordered based off of what we ordered and the presentation/taste. Dessert was homemade brownies that are to die for. The whippedcream and strawberries are a nice touch. Service was very good. Overall would definitely recommend this place as a stop if youare on your way through Paoli or visiting Paoli. Read more
Salmon and shrimp was amazing. Spinach dip appetizer definitely a favorite. Food portions are sized well and prices are more... than fair, especially for locally raised and grown products. This restaurant will not disappoint. The menu is fresh products and made to order. We have been a few times. Fried Green... Tomatoes are delicious, Chicken & Waffles huge very tasty, Omelet full of goodies, sausage gravy & biscuit was huge, hash browncasserole was perfect, stuffed chicken is probably my favorite and steaks cooked perfectly. Kinda in the middle of nowhere but that does not stop it being worth a stop. Fair prices,they go for quality local food.... Service was good and friendly. Place was clean and well kept. Portions were good and filling. I had the morning burger whichhad great flavor and not overcooked. Will be returning to eat here again. They have added some special drinks for theholidays definitely strong ones. Good for them not watering them down for profit. Read more
